The worst service by far that I have ever received at any Panda Express. AMY was the employee who assisted me in the most cruelest manner. I’m talking harsh attitude throws change in my hand. Just poor manners overall. The food was pretty good their teas need to be changed out. Customer service is a flat zero though.

I have dealt with Tristen and his crew on several occasions and I’ve been very impressed with them all on how nice and professional they are! Triston helped customers even on the floor asking how their food was. I’m a 61 year old man with a disability and it’s refreshing to see a manager and employees who have a smile on their face and thank you for coming. I was in upper management for 30 years and this team I would take anytime. Thank you for your attention and I hope management recognizes these folks.

Food was good. Service was OK. Ordered crab rangoon with the meal, but they didn’t have any ready so we were told that they would bring it to the table in seven minutes when it was. Twenty minutes later, my wife checked on the order. There was some ready on the line and then they tried to charge her for the order she already paid for. Panda was not very busy with two dine in orders and two carry-out while we were there. The staff were simply not paying attention to their customers. Easy fix, attention to detail at the service counter.

I have been a fan on panda since they moved into my area. That said their service recently sucks. Twice now i have ordered before leaving the house. 15 min drive to local and food not ready when i get there. As well as giving them 10 min before i left. Food wasnt well cooked on super greens, kung po wasnt spicey as normal, and the oragne chicken wasnt orange chicken. Soooo think qgain before stopping for a quick bite.

Rude drive thru workers and the give you all rice no meat, I literally opened my bowl and it’s ridiculous they give you no meat, I literally pushed the broccoli to the side to take this picture so you can see what they give you. It’s literally 3 small pcs of meat

Fried rice not fully cooked was told due to being short staffed. The drive-through was the only way to order anything, and as usual, the person taking my order didn’t listen, so I didn’t get what I ordered, the service is lousy and food just as lousy! Would rather have Chinese food from an expensive dine in than there. At least I’d get cooked food the way it is ordered.

Good food collection and the food tastes good. Service is kind of slow but they are very patient. The inside of the building leaves a lot to be desired and the food selection rarely change. They always have a clean bathroom and for that I will keep coming.
