Went here today and barely anyone in the restaurant but a lot of people going through drive through. Hubby and I ordered our food and paid in cash. When I asked where the change was the cashier looked at me like I was crazy. She pointed to the change seperater thing and I said nothing came out. She fiddled with it and then got another crew member who didn’t have keys and said there was nothing she could do bc the managers were in a meeting. Offered us free egg rolls which were gross…. The orange chicken was hard and not yummy.

I was waiting on my to go order and I overheard what i assume was the manager talking to a worker very rudely shaming this worker infront of the whole store I didn’t really hear what was said but after she was in the back of the store crying I don’t care if someone does something wrong nobody should be left crying and embarrassed infront of everybody!!! especially in an FASTFOOD ESTABLISMENT!!! people need to stop being entitled you work at panda.. food was alright also joshua’s panda is better!

Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. My friend placed a Togo order for us and I went to pick it up when we were notified that it was ready. I went to the register and told them that I was here to pick up my order, but they couldn’t it. The employee at the register got the manager to come over and try to figure out what happened. The Manager is where the problem is. He was so rude and disrespectful. He accused me of coming into the store and stealing the food when they weren’t looking! Then went to check the security cameras in front of me for 15 minutes while I had to wait. Once he saw that I didn’t steal the food he remade my order but never said a single thing to me the whole time to let me know what was happening. He literally dropped my food onto the table and left. Please do not eat here, you will regret it.

Not really happy with this location. Food seems like it’s been under the warming lamps too long and it tastes dry and old. Maybe different experience of freshness per individual but my last visit it tasted like most the food was sitting for a while.

Service was slow–there seemed to be very few employees working at 1 pm. Tables were dirty, there was food all over the floor, all the trash bins were full, no trays available where u place ur order, only one fork left in the dispenser. Employees were friendly enough, portion sizes were good. They did start tidying up when we left at 2 pm

This is what I call “the good panda” as there are 2 within 20 minutes of me, but this is the only one I’ve ever been to that makes their noodles perfectly! I attribute this to their lack of drive through which allows for more attention to detail on the food. Convenience is overrated. The line is QUICK inside anyway. Quality is where it’s at. Highly recommend this location!

We got there at 7:30pm. Posted online and on door shows they close at 9:30pm. When we arrived, there was a written sign on the door that they were closing at 8:30pm. While standing in line, they replace the hand written sign with a 8:00pm sign and tell us the kitchen is closed and they were not going to cook any more food as half of the entrees were empty. Not the first time this has happened. It’s not a lack of employees as there were 10+ workers there working.
