Rose, who made our plates was so polite. She accommodated my family without us having to ask. Then I dropped my drink after my daughter grabbed it and she quickly went over to help me move our items to another area and then cleaned without complaint. She’s definitely a happy person who can make anyone who’s having a bad day smile too. I was definitely overwhelmed with my little one so her kindness really did make a Difference. Thank you!

Stay away from this store! I waited over TWENTY MINUTES for an order that was called in advance and dealt with arogant, lackadaisical employees. I nearly slipped on the floor by the fountain machine because none of the employees standing around could clean this safety hazard! In closing **** you! To the girl with the nasty tattoos she has to cover on her left arm. If Panda Express had any brains they would run you off ASAP!

This girl has an attitude problem. Walks up asks me what I want, then as soon as I start talking she turns and tells a guy who’s been waiting that his is gonna take 5 more min.. like focus on 1 person at a time please bc then she turns back to me and asks me again what I want.. so I repeat my order and they have people skipping line and all unorganized.. doesn’t give me a receipt I had to ask for it and she was visibly upset that I asked for it and was huffing and puffing while handing me the receipt.. do better!

I don’t give a lot of three stars. But I just have to. This is not my first visit to this particular restaurant. But it was by far my worst meal at any Panda restaurant. Specifically, the Kung Pao chicken was not at all spicy. Certainly not like most of the other times I’ve had it. This Sweet Fire Chicken breast had no “Fire” and seemed to be much more crispy than I’ve ever had it before. And she made it fresh for me because they were out. Likewise, my first foray into Szechuan hot chicken might be my last. It was quite spicy which I appreciate however it had a distinctly curry taste to it. In addition I believe it was well overcooked. Finally, they were out of unsweetened tea, and the suggestion by the person in charge was “you’ll just have to have sweet tea”. No, I wont. Let me say the attitude and service of the people behind the glass was stellar. They were very kind and offered me samples of the food I’ve never tried before. They also brought out two of my entrées, when they were ready. Please fix this place. I love Panda.

I have been at a number of different Panda Express over the years and overall they’re pretty good and pretty consistent however this one was definitely not the case apparently they have a fairly new item it’s sesame chicken that I’ve never had there so I asked the gal I believe she was a manager if I could taste a piece I was really considering getting it …and in a very rude, and harsh voice she said : “no we don’t allow samples anymore” I thought well now how am I going to know if I like it in order to order it she didn’t care she packed up my food and I got my car and noticed that she didn’t put silverware napkins Chopsticks anything …again this was so poor!!! and the other thing is all of the containers of food, most of it I would say, 80% of it was dried up or empty old old… I definitely do not recommend this Panda at all!!!

Mr. Roger was very respectful and attentive. The only thing I would say is maybe the cashier lady that was there today at 12:34 PM, could use a smile on her face and show little bit more customer service. Other than that it was great!

Welp Panda can count their days. This location service was below average borderline rude but I can deal with that so long as the food is good. This was not the case for this establishment. Top Ramen Noodles is better than this place. The organelle chicken was fresh that’s what got them the 2 stars but it was all breading no chicken at all. I asked if I was unsatisfied could I get a refund. The unpleasant attendant told me no. So never again will I eat at Panda Express. Btw all the other ones have been falling off in the areas of customer service and quality.
