The guy at the window was very rude, I had seen an advertisement online about being only like 7 bucks and some change, so I went and ordered it and showed the guy at the window the coupon/advertisement displaying the price of food and he was very rude and told me well that’s an old one and I asked him well do y’all not honor y’all’s prices if something like this happens or at least offer a discounted beverage or something for the misleading info to get me there and to take twice as much money as it advertised He said no I can’t do that I’m not a manager and there’s not on… To me I think it’s up to the company to delete old post and advertisements with prices and whatever else out there from previous years, otherwise it’s misleading and will lead to people not wanting to come there to eat especially a family on a budget like most of us today ….here either and he slammed the window and walked off. We Won’t be going there again! The guy at the window was the worst part though. 8

I am writing this review for their app. It said I got a 25% off offer to use, for first time order. But, it somehow unchecked itself, even though I clicked on it. Then it put the wrong pick up time. Just deleted the app, never ordering from this expensive place again. For that price, it should be real Chinese food.

Food is great. Service is ok unless you go through the drive thru. If so you are treated as a high priority. If you go inside, you are lucky to even be acknowledged. Don’t go inside if you are in any kind of rush.

We normally order inside, today I ordered through the drive thru. Whomever filled my two plates, did not bother to put much meat in the plates. Sadly, I even paid the up charge on the Pepper Angus Beef and it had two pieces of beef. Same with the Kung Pao Chicken. Sadly, it’s like since I could not see them spoon up the portions they did not bother to get the meat in the spoon the way they do when you are watching when ordering inside.

Every time they ask you to wait it is 20-30 minutes you have to go in and ask for your order and they have the item ready? No apologies ever for the wait. Never offer to pay for a meal you waited so long for because they forgot you. It is management issues not the employees. Too bad because the food is good
