Rarely do they get an order right. Not sure why I keep giving them chance after chance. Won’t be back to the Debbie/Matlock location after this time. We ordered a triple (bigger) plate of string bean chicken with steamed white rice and this is what we got. When I called the store and spoke to the manager, she asked for the order number which can’t be read.

The food here is always great but the service inside was lacking. We got passed between multiple employees to fill out a simple order because 2 of them would rather be huddled in the corner gossiping. I gave them the 2nd chances since I got my teriyaki chicken without teriyaki sauce last time, and it happened again. I even reminded the staff for the teriyaki sauce and the staff said they’re out of it, unacceptable! Never come back to this location.

This location has major issues and poor customer service. They never have brown rice which they advise that they carry. I ordered online 1.5 hours before my order was scheduled to be ready for pick up, I walk in and my online order is not ready. The employee tells me 15 min after my order is supposed to be ready that it will be another 20 min before my order is ready. Im on my lunch break, when inquired about why they are not sending updates that order is not ready or that they are out of certain items I get run around of differnt variables and management changes and procedures for opening. If 2 hrs is not advanced enough notice for an order you have serious problems. No discount or solutions offered, when asked about management was told they would be in tomorrow, Jin GM needs to train staff. This is ridiculous. This was the last bad experience and you will no longer have my business.

My experience wasn’t favorable,no consideration on behalf of the server, waited 10 minutes for the food to be ready I order beef pepper , pay 1.25 extra plus the wait with other side order I got 3 pieces of beef. Sad I am going to go back and talk to the lady.

I love the service is always quick, food is fresh, and the people are friendly. Unfortunately, every time we place an order online they give us the wrong food but we don’t have this problem going through the drive-thru. The only improvement I would suggest is changing up the menu more often. The one highlighted item a month is great but I would love to see the other main options changed out.
