Horrible service. Lady said if you have a “large order you need to come inside.” I ordered 5 kids meals. I thought I was covered by the ADA. Let’s not mention it was storming, I’m seven months pregnant, and had 4 children in the car. They should be ashamed. I am following up with corporate.

I really like Panda Express, but this is not one I would like to go back to. Ordered the family meal and they gave very stingy helpings. I’ve not even had them filled, yet every one seemed less filled than the next. Everything in the store says, “faster service, use the app!” I was due at 6p, pulled in and waited at the drive thru, asked for my order at 6:07, “its not ready yet, want to come in?” No, well, it’s not ready… had to go in and it still took another 7 minutes. One car in the drive thru, no on in line when I went inside. I don’t know what they were doing.

I went thru drive thru the girl skinny Latina is so rude don’t even greet at you, I came home to eat my food and I ordered kung pao kitchen as you see she only gave me peanuts with 3 chunks of red pepper, not veggies not chicken … I’m done going to this locations it’s not the first time that had happened to me .. I really don’t understand why people are giving bad reviews to this location. I live close by and this is my family’s favorite Panda Express. The food is always good and great portions. If there is not an item that I want they make it, I just have to wait a couple of minutes. Also if you get serve by Travis you are in luck because he is the best!

I definitely get where the bad reviews are coming from. This location is very hit or miss, unfortunately mostly miss. Nearly everytime I’ve gone here they are out of at least 1 of the items I went there for. They’re not even polite about it. After waiting in the drive thru for 15 min I finally get to order only to be told they are of course out of what I came there for. She adds “it will be a VERY LOOOONG WAIT, at least 15 min or so” she may as well have said we don’t want your order. The tone. Its definitely not everytime with the rudeness, it is nearly everytime with being out of an item altogether or they just ran out and it will be 15 – 20 min. Clearly not managed well. I don’t run into this at any other location so today will be my last stop here despite it being the most convenient location for me.

Usually foods great but orange chicken was soggy and beef was non existent. I’m honestly more sad than mad. Whenever you go to your “go to place” you expect to get the product or service you usually get. They maybe having a off day idk. I’ll try them again later this week but I’m honestly sad there’s like no beef and I can’t even enjoy soggy orange chicken.

Order online, I arrived 5 minutes after it was suppose to be ready. They hadn’t started it, it was lunch rush and only two on the counter so it’s understandable. However, they still continued 7 other people’s orders (who were in line ordering) and cashed them out before the one individual reminded the other to make my order. Otherwise, they were nice and got my order correct.

WARNING ahead….Food was good. The guy who took my order and the girl that gave me my order were fine. Nothing rude. Only issue… annoyed that when I got home ready to eat I realized they didn’t give me any teriyaki sauce with the teriyaki chicken I ordered. I called in and was told oh you have to ask for it. If I order TERIYAKI chicken why should I have to ask for it. The guy that took my order asked if I wanted soy or chili sauce… didn’t ask if I wanted teriyaki sauce so I assumed it would be in the bag. This makes no sense to me. How is it teriyaki chicken if you’re not given any teriyaki sauce?????

While the food was delicious I got food poisoning after eating here. I’m sure it was here because it’s the only food I’ve had in 24 hours (literally). Now I have a flight in 6 hrs and it’s about to be living hell. Ordered the bigger plate – honey walnut shrimp (prolly the culprit), orange chicken, and chicken teriyaki with white rice. Gave 2 stars because food was still delicious and it mightve been worth the food poisoning if not about to go on a 17 hr flight fml.
