I stood waiting to order while employees were chilling. Waited about 2 minutes as they looked at me and ignored me. Finally this person standing there acknowledged me existence. I love the super greens but today they were subpar and cold. Along with the orange chicken. The Kung Pao chicken was hot. Over all disappointed in service and food today.

The food was decent. Nothing to write home about. We had average with an average wait time. The atmosphere wasn’t anything special. It is at the end of the day fast food. There were 4 of us eating and no one had anything great to say about the food. At the same time there was nothing particularly bad to say about the food either. On the plus side it was rather cheap. Two adults and two kids and we ate for a grand total of $25. All in all if you’re hungry stop here. If you want great food maybe try somewhere else.

We decided to grab something for dinner real quick and eat at home. The food is always good at this location. I always get the orange chicken. This time I must of gotten the end of the chicken because it was a lot of the breading is my best way to describe it. I still tasted good. Other than that I can say everything was great. The employees are polite and professional. The drive thur was very busy.

They never have their food in stock no matter when you visit, their employees have attitudes, and they leave your food out on the counter to get cold while waiting on whatever food they are out of (and they are always out of something , even though they aren’t that busy) to finish cooking. Poorly run location. The one in Roanoke is much better.

I am done with this place. 3 times ordered from here in 45 days. Two door dash and this latest with the restaurant. A plate is 1 sides and 2 mains. This time get only one main. There box is 3 sperated spots. If all three not filled them you not done with order.

showed up at 9:15 Wednesday Aug 15 and the lobby crew already locked up the lobby. the crew members that already got inside were treated poorly and rushed out. don’t waste time here, we won’t be back. we are a crew of 30+ and word travels fast.

Wouldnt even give one star if i could. Messed up our food on multiple occasions so i called this last time it was messed up and got a huge hassle by a guy named Manny whom im guessing is a store manager. I was asked my name and was told oh yeah just come by amd we will take care of it. I asked if i needed to save my receipt and was told not to worry about it just tell my name and what happened and theyll take care of it then i was given the 3rd degree and treated as if i were stupid and did something wrong for calling ahead about this. Multiple times I’ve had my food messed up here and or had food missing which is what most recently happened. This place is not like any other panda ive been too and we wont be going back to this one either.
