I’ve very seldom have bad experiences @ this location till today. I always get the Black Pepper chicken made fresh since it’s never already made but today MIA who had a very bad attitude and seemed like she would rather be anywhere else said they wouldn’t make it. I asked why and she just said they aren’t making it today.

At 9:00 pm they were already doing closing procedures, all tables with chairs on top.. Bathrooms closed. If you are going to close at 10 , you really need to have the restaurant where people can sit down and be able to wash your hands.

I think 2 stars may be a little generous for this place. I get the same thing everytime I go to any Panda Express, but this location always manages to skimp the portions on my plate. Today my mushroom chicken entree was all uncooked zucchini, one tiny piece of a mushroom, and no chicken at all. They were too busy for me to mention anything at the time of the matter, so I’m leaving a review. If you want Panda, go to one that won’t short you.

Service was very slow and poor at best. Egg roll was still cold in the center. They messed up at least three orders while I was in line amd when one customer simply pointed out that a mistake was made, the Panda employee threw a tantrum. Seek a different location than this one.

From my experiences either the wait is always super long or they only have a very limited menu. Even the fortune cookies taste stale. Would definitely recommend going to the Loop 288 one instead.

Place is garbage. Everyone is really young and doesn’t seem to really care about the job. Everyone seemed more interested in getting to their break rather than working. Could tell by how long the lines were and how dirty the restaurant was that they all could care less and that they are all extremely lazy.
