I went in a little after opening today and the lady at the counter was incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant was extremely clean and my lunch was very simple (just chow mein) but it was delicious & fresh. It’s fast food so keep your expectations in check but I was impressed with this location. I rarely eat at PE because it’s usually pretty lackluster but this experience was definitely a good one so thank you.

The lady at the front counter saw me come in and waiting for nearly ten minutes. No one asked me anything or greeted me. I was Door dashing. They have a shelf labeled, “door dash”, “Uber eats”, “GrubHub”, etc.

Always nice people working here and delicious fresh food. I always get my orders to go but I like to walk inside rather than use the drive-thru. This evening a man came in behind me and was being very rude to the lady taking orders. He was a very upset that he had to repeat himself twice because of a slight language barrier. He started to raise his voice at this woman working at the store and complaining that people that don’t understand English shouldn’t work there. I told the rude customer to stop acting like a jerk and respect the lady. He did not like that at all. Got mad at me for interfering with his business. I told him it’s my business now because you’ve made me upset. I made sure to tip the lady that was yelled at and belittled and also thanked her very much for her service and told her to have a good night.

This place is robbing people. The food I extremely poor cooked and packed. Employees needs to be trained better or just close this place down. There’s no reason I should receive my food with a fork in the plate already with a half order of meat like someone been eating my food.

My beef and broccoli had the tiniest ONE piece of beef in it, that’s it!!!! The broccoli and my chicken/green bean entrees were cold and they did not give us soy sauce or utensils. Pretty disappointed….The picture shows the 1 piece of beef and I spread out the broccoli looking for more… and nothing was eaten yet.
