I’m tired of given them a chance. When trying to call just now, their number is not a working number so why have it on their receipts and online. A bowl of CH Mein and Kung Pao Chicken was my order so where’s the chicken? There was plenty of space to put another scoop of Kung Pao in the bowl. Technically paid $8.23 for noodles. Don’t waste your money at this place!!!

My husband and I eat here very often! Clean, quick, and the crew is sweet! Only had one issue but it was resolved so kindly by the Panda Express team. Especially Elisia, she’s nice and so kind!

This is a nice location. The servers/staff are friendly, and usually really busy. The facility is clean and orderly. Most of the time they’re pretty quick. The food is fresh and hot.

This is my favorite place of all time to eat from. I always have the same thing, Orange Chicken, Grilled Teriyaki, Chow Mein and cream cheese Rangoon. The food never disappoints, although the portions sometimes do. But the food is always on point, and it’s very filing. Panda Express will always be the place for comfort food for me. Will always recommend to anyone and will always be the first place I want food from.

I’ve always had great experience with Wichita Falls store! Food has always been hot and fresh and the service has always been good in person! I’ve had pretty good luck when ordering online through a delivery service as well, except for a couple of times when my drinks didn’t get delivered with the rest of my order. So everytime I’ve called to ask to see if my drink was still there or not the manager would say and take the blame for it everytime, and try to make it right the best way they could. I’ve turned it down everytime as well because I live in a town outside of this store’s location and for me I just was wanting to know if it was the delivery service that screwed up or the store. Honesty is all I was looking for and for this crew at this store location in Wichita Falls, I will continue to do business and help bring business to them because of their honesty, the customer service they have and the hard work they do everyday to feed anyone that come through their doors or drives up to that speaker! So if your looking for good hot and fresh food with good honest hard working people try this place out!

So happy I stopped here on my road trip, finally got to try the Beyond Orange Chickn, and it was pretty good. Finally get to have the dish again now that they’ve come out with the vegan alt.

Going through the drive thru, ALWAYS check your order at the window! They gave me the wrong entree.

This used to be one of our very regular food stops. It has changed so much in the last couple of years it is crazy. I had to change my rating of it from a 5 to a 2. The food is pretty decent, when they have it. The service is abysmal. Well, unless you are in the Drive-Thru. I know this has been mentioned in other reviews and I just want to reiterate it. I understand the purpose of a drive-through and that it does need attention, however last time we were there it was pretty well proven that this needs to be a drive-thru only restaurant, at least in the minds of the management and staff. I believe there were five and possibly six people working in the service area when we came in for a sit-down meal. There were still about an hour or so before they close so there was plenty of time to enjoy some good food, or so we thought. The drive-thru line was atrocious and I did not feel like packing it up and bringing it home and eating on TV trays. We entered and started looking at the food and waited and waited and waited for someone to even ask if they could help us. My fiance finally said something about wanting to order and we were told to wait just a minute and they would be with us. They finally came over to take her order and she asked for brown rice, which was right in front of us. They said that there was no brown rice. She informed them that it was right in front of them and they told her that they were using that for the drive-thru. Strike one. She then asked about waiting for some more and they told her that that was not going to happen because it was too late for them to make up even a small batch. Strike two. She settled with white rice because there was virtually no fried rice and she knew that I would want that. As we both made our way down the line we were met with constant stories of how the food we saw was already going to be used in the Drive-Thru. The staff was not truly rude just extremely matter of fact and very disinterested in the fact that they had only a few items for anyone who might want to eat in the restaurant for the remaining hour and 15 minutes. We did mention to the cashier that we thought it was funny that they seem to be more interested and drive through than in House dining, but he responded that that was just the way they worked. Strike three. After all of that fun and excitement I would love to tell you that the food was excellent like we had been used to in the Metroplex and that the soft drink machine did not taste like watered down drinks, but I will not mislead you like they did me and to assuming that they wanted my business.

Even while busy, I can always rely on 1. Fresh food 2. Great service from everyone 3. Cleanliness in the dine in area which is big for me because I do prefer to sit down.
