Service was good. Dinning room was clean. All food choices were available with no wait times even though it was during “lunch hour” on a holiday weekend. Overall it was a very good experience; I was pleasantly surprised considering many of the ugly remarks I’ve read on the local rant page.

I ordered online for take out. I received a text message at 1213 saying my food was ready for pick up so I approached the counter and I was told they were waiting on the steak to cook. It took another 15 minutes for me to get my food. As what appeared to be the manager handed me my food I asked him why I got a message 15 prior saying my food was ready when clearly it wasn’t. All he could keep saying was that “well it was ready, we were just waiting on the steak.” I understand if you are backed up but I do not appreciate having to wait and additional 15 mins after I am told it is ready.

I ordered from app last month and it came missing the main dishes on both the kids and adult plate. I ordered today and the kids and adult plate was combined into one plate. They fixed the first one but I had to borrow a car to go up there to get them to fix it. This time I’m just going to take a plate and separate it myself they really need to work on getting the orders straight for their online orders. Food is always good though.

Placed an online order. Showed up at my pick up time. My order wasn’t reafy until 22 minutes after my expected pick up time! No soy sauce, no fortune cookie. Rude service. Place was a disaster. I saw employee after employee sitting at the tables taking breaks. Food all over the tables, floors disgusting. Worst Panda I’ve ever been to!

I ordered online and arrived at the store 15 minutes after I placed the order. I proceeded to wait and watch multiple people get helped before me even though I had placed my order 20-30 minutes before the other customers. Thought this was FAST food. Very unsatisfied.

It’s not too bad for fast Chinese food. Sometimes, I have to wait for certain items, but it isn’t ever very long. Love the Bowls! I add a little soy to the rice and it’s pretty great.

Went to panda yesterday, they were out of orange chicken. They said it would be 8 minutes. They asked me what rice I wanted and they put it into bowls. I asked if they had something I could get just a little plain white rice in to keep my 2 yr. Old busy. They gave me a small approx 3″ tall container 2″x2″ wide with 1″ of white rice in it. They said they would bring it right out. 15 minutes later I noticed they were dishing out from the orange chicken to the line of ppl just came in. I walked up there my rice was still setting out. The orange chicken was almost gone. They said drive thru came first, then the customers standing in line.

We have eaten in here several times. The employees are not friendly. It is rare there is a variety of food. If you ask when a certain dish will be ready, they either stare at your or say this is your choice. Sometimes the food is cold.

I went through the drive-thru and tried to order a bowl with brown rice and super greens as my entree. The worker told me they weren’t allowed to do super greens as an entree. It had to be a meat. They told me I could order 2 a la carte, so I said, “Ok, give me a small of each.” He came back and said you have to get medium or large. I told him never-ending and drove around to the front. My husband went inside and got a small sesame seed chicken. I ordered a bowl with brown rice and super greens as the entree on the app, then went inside and picked it up. None of the workers said anything to me.
