I went to Panda on 5/5, ordered two plates, it was busy, and they had to cook the items that I had ordered, I waited almost 15 minutes, got the food, came back to my office, my coworker, didn’t get what he ordered, chow mein and beef and broccoli servings were not normal, and one of his entrees was completely missing and you can see from the picture it was never in the box. I called back immediately, no answer, for hours, no answer, for days no answer, left feedback per the receipt, requesting manager to call me back, no reply.

Food is good. Mobile ordering is horrible. Employees walk by you when you stand over there to pick up your order. You literally have to wait for the cashier to get your food. No line at all in the take out for mobile orders and still a 5 minute wait. Horrible service.

They consistently fill online orders before in-person orders and they are always out of everything. After replenishing the food that they are out of, they make you wait again until they fill the online orders before filling yours. I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes just to receive my food and then when it was ready they told me to get back in line to pay. The line was 15 people deep. They expected me to wait another 30 minutes just to pay for the food. Zero customer service. Do not waste your time here.

This location has a serious staff issue and I’m sure all are underpaid. The same staff woman is a cashier, cutting the meat and doing all dine in and takeout plus food delivery apps. 30 mins to move 9 customers plus the 10 waiting. Please fix this issue and I know many irritated customers would agree.

Went tonight 8/19 and ordered $75 worth of food. We got the family meal, the chow mein and fried rice were full but the beef broccoli and honey shrimp were not even half of the containers. They gave us plenty of chicken which was very soggy and greasy. The chow mein was hard not cooked all the way. Tried calling 6 times and no answer. Won’t do that again

Asian usually tries to find Asian food in town. It is me! Tried fried rice (wok is in action; taste keeps changing, sometimes it is GOOD, in another day, it is just SO SO), had Beijing beef (I like this one!! but, for me, they could upgrade the spicy level), teriyaki breast Chicken (good, can be more “umami”), forget about spring rolls. Overall: life and cost saver for Asian food in town.

Service was terrible. We paid for a coupon book for city of Waco at the beginning of the year and we went in august and were told they don’t honor the coupons anymore, our coupons don’t expire until the end of the year. People pay good money for the city wide coupon books and should not have to put up with them not being accepted. Employees were rude. Not a great experience at all.

Need a better system with picking up orders. Young lady was waiting 15 minutes while her order is sitting behind the counter and no one will help her. There are 10 workers walking around not asking if anyone needs to be helped. I spoke up for the kids because they are young and was running late for work picking up food placers online. I’m picking up an Uber eats order and asked is the kids order and my order was ready. The rude mixed lady behind counter told me that I’m tripping because I’m trying to make sure they have my order and the kids order. I’m not tripping you all are for having pick up orders behind the counter and not willing to help anyone. Now she has to be late for work because she had to waiting 15 minutes for her food that is already sitting behind the counter. Absolutely ridiculous

If I could give them a zero I would. We’ve been waiting for 45 minutes on food because they just keep filling online orders. Dont go here for lunch or dinner unless you have a couple hours to waste. We just left without getting our food. This place is a complete joke.
