I ordered online which was quick, even without an account. I was waiting for my to go orders which for some reason was taking a lot of time. The staff gave me a free drink and a few others who had been waiting too long for their food. Good gesture from the staff. The food was fresh, worth the wait! Thanks!

It’s truly difficult to put into words the experience we had during our visit here. Upon entering, my husband and I were in high spirits, but as we left, our sentiments had completely transformed. As we enjoyed our meal, we noticed a homeless woman seated across from us on the other side. Engaged in our own lively conversation and laughter, we were taken aback when the woman suddenly muttered something. Turning towards her, my husband politely asked her to repeat herself, but her words remained unclear. Curious, I inquired about what she had said. Unexpectedly, she stood up and loudly yelled, “GET YO FOOD,” repeating the phrase incessantly.

Stop fixing your face funky like why do you have an attitude with Black people? I don’t know if you do that with other people but you surely do it with Black people and we want the same amount of food that you give everybody OK I don’t want a spoonful of rice and a spoonful of chicken, I want my bowl like everybody else. I just ordered some sesame chicken & the portion was the amount of chicken I’d put on my kids plate. It is definitely not worth the money. A fresh made plate looking like someone had eaten out of it! NEVER will I EVER go here again!!! Pay attention to reviews people!! Even if it’s not your issue, it tells a lot about the character of the establishment. 3.8 is too high!!

Sharon was very rude!! I literally love Panda Express and eat it weekly for lunch. Her attitude was so rude, I asked for a refund. I will be calling into speak to a District manager. She should not be employed at all treating customers poorly.

The food from here is no comparison to a proper Chinese restaurant in terms of flavour and quality, it is the same way as comparing the gourmet burger in a restaurant to what you get at a fast food place, Panda express is nothing bit a Chinese fast food place. I would not be back, unfortunately.

Their rice quality went down after the pandemic. The rice is the smallest rice that is used to probably feed birds. Shrimps tasted still good, but boy they should certainly invest getting some good rice
