1. All I want to say is Gracie was wonderful I watched her take her gloves off after serving someone with the other glove she had on she proceeded to wash her hands after washing her hands to put on more gloves to prepare my food food that I ordered was great the rice with little hard and old I asked for two separate containers the plates rather I do my best and you’re the first location that has ever given me my cleats with no problem why separating them that way and not trying to force me to get them in a red box Gracie stay did she believe in giving the customer with a customer asked for.

I wish I could give zero stars. This location has to be one of the worst locations in the Houston area. Orders are continuously messed up, and the servers attitude leaves much to be desired when called to the carpet on their mistakes. It’s like they are paying for the food and the preparation of said food. Will not be returning to this location. Gave 5-7 opportunities for them to get it right. It’s a wrap for me. Visit this location with caution, you’ve been warned.

The visit was not pleasant only 2 workers had on GLOVES while cooking and serving on line . The cooks no GLOVES. Notice a worker preparing a plate for herself NO GLOVES. I will no longer visit this location customer service unacceptable.

Take out order is never ready on time (i usually show up 10 minutes late or later than the estimated time and still have to wait). Food quality is unsteady, rice is dry sometimes. I come here solely out of convenience but decide I will just stick to the one on 288 by Sams Club

Kind cashier in drive thru but they don’t have food ready for customers be ready for a 20 minute wait due to understaffing. Manager closed the dinning at 8:19 pm so just go drive thru past 8:15 pm. The fried rice doesn’t have vegetables just some egg go to a different panda express if possible.

Just came from the drive-through most definitely do not appreciate the lady attitude in the drive she asked me at the speaker if I wanted regular rice what does that indicate regular rice not fried rice once I told the guy at the window his name was christopher he went and told she came by the window and said “wellllll she didn’t specify” you also are the worker you didn’t sit over here and ask me if I want to white rice brown rice or fried rice last time I checked you work at panda express and you ask the customer what rice they want. Definitely didn’t need the attitude when I asked politely for my order to be fixed I was not rude at all.

At This location my food is always messed up.. today my food tasted old the chicken had some weird stuff on it and the noodles tasted like old cooking oil not to mention the chicken was hard, smelly and had no sauce..the rice is always hard so no complaints there but come on to serve someone food like this yALL kitchen need to be SHUT DOWN
