The chicken had lots of gristle. The chow mein surprisingly had fennel in it, so much that it wasn’t edible for me. The chefs are definitely not going off the corporate cookbook in this establishment, and they really need to switch suppliers for their chicken and veggies. This was not the Panda Express food I know and love. Also, I went through the drive through about thirty minutes before the typical noon lunch rush and still had to wait thirty minutes to get my food.

This Panda Express used to be so good, it has gone very very downhill. I love Panda Express food but this location is outrageously gross. The orange chicken always tastes like orange dish soap and barely has flavor or sauce, always looks dry. Lots of hard pieces in the chicken as well I’m not sure if that is there fault but I’ve never gotten that before at panda.

We enjoy eating Panda Express but about half the time, they are out of something. This time was Black Pepper Angus and the time before that was the super greens. They have it, just don’t want to cook it if they run out after 7 PM. Don’t recommend for dinner since they probably have everything you want

Pretty good for Chinese fast food. I had the honey sesame chicken breast with rice and an eggroll. I especially liked the vegetables in the rice. The green beans were very good. $11 for one. Not too bad.

Thee most horrible Panda Express in Houston. Customer service is horrible, rude and just disgusting. The Hispanic guy with the glasses on the cash register need to be in the back because he is RUDE and gross. The girls working the line are rude too. THE MANAGER she does not care. She dismiss complaints and you never see her around. As for The food they never have anything and it doesn’t taste right. They give you small portions and not clean. My honest Review is RUNNN!

While food was good, I was caught off guard upon ordering walnut shrimp. The server counted each piece out, which I’ve never seen happen before. I ask why? I was told 7 pieces is a order. I wish that was posted someplace. Im paying for food, then paying premium for shrimp. Protions at other locations feel less controlled. You can get a mix of small or big, or all small. I feel like other locations take size into account, not physical head count. Disappointing. Again, just post it someplace so i can make a informed decision.

Customer service is lacking. They wanted me to choose the Orange chicken by I said I’d wait for the teriyaki chicken.
