It seems like everytime i come to this location there is something wrong with my order, this is the 3rd time. I just picked up a plate and was surprised to see my “beef and broccoli” was old broccoli and 2 pieces of beef, I attached a photo. The time before this i ordered Beijing beef, the worker said they didn’t have it anymore (despite the fact that a new batch was brought out literally after I ordered) so I ordered orange chicken instead. I got hard stale chicken and when I asked if I could get some of the fresh cooked chicken instead (i had half a piece) the cashier rolled her eyes and took my plate. Is decent service that much to ask for? This is definitely my last time coming to this location, I recommend the other location in the east fwy.

Went through drive-thru on 8/11. They just opened and don’t understand why the food was not hot and fresh. I ordered the bowl with white rice and fire chicken with Rangoons. Everything was like warm and the rangoons tasted stale. Very disappointed. Customer service was mediocre.

I just came here with my son through the drive through. I ordered him the orange chicken and noodles with a sweet tea. Thankfully I checked his food before leaving the parking lot because the lady got his order wrong. I went back through the drive through and told her and she didn’t say she was sorry or want to take accountability at all. I ended up just ordering another thing of orange chicken. So they messed up and got more money out of me smh

I was served disgusting orange chicken that was blend, dry, and tough to chew. I ended up throwing it away. The store manager is also not helpful if you complain about the foods taste he will dismiss your conerns. I Will not got back to this location because the food is highly disappointing and they lack customer service.

As a person that works in a place like this, its very unacceptable to treat people the way they do. I went in for my break today 4/03/2023. I was standing in the front counter for about 4-5 min and no one attended me. They didn’t acknowledge me. Not one employee decided to take my order. For what reasons, I am not sure. Their drive thru was empty along with the lobby. So I cannot understand why they could not attend me. Truly disappointed, so I decided to go to chick-fil-a where I know that their service would be up to par. Thank you Panda Express @ wilson road.

Instead of enjoying my food I actually spent half of that time spitting out hard rice.. I never really had a bad experience at a Panda Express until today.. The way the guy just dangled the bowl of the window you would have thought he was handing food to a dog… I will definitely visit Panda Express again just not this location..
