If I could give 0 stars I would everything from customer service to food was not a good experience. The chow mein was mainly vegetable and it was cold. The steam rice was not fully cooked. The teriyaki grilled chicken was flavorless and they just threw the whole piece in the plate. The lemonade was plain water. I brought it to the attention of the manager and the only way was going all the way back to the store to get the problem fixed otherwise they said they couldn’t help me.

We were greeted with a “Hello, welcome in” as we entered in the facility, we came in after rush hour, so there were not many guests anymore but some of the tables had not been cleaned yet. We wiped down the table ourselves and Lori noticed it and shortly came over to apologize for the unclean table, and offered us a free egg roll. Lori is very friendly and professional, I hope she receives the recognition she deserves for her outstanding customer service.

Complete rip-off! Why are yall wasting money on must mostly rice and not enough meat when it come to the beef? Left it there ,I’m not wasting my money just to be disappointed. go to a real Chinese restaurant for beef and broccoli, at least you can ask for beef only no broccoli there.

Been coming here since they opened. But my recent visit the other day. I got the best customer service from Maria she was patient, nice, and friendly/helpful. As far as out of the other people who has helped me when I come in the inside. This is a really nice Panda Express and clean. Come when they first open!!! I love the food when they first cook it.

Horrible customer service!! Food was gross and was lied to and told refund would be issued once photos of food and receipt were sent but was offered 20% off next visit instead. Told them that wasn’t right since I paid FULL PRICE for nasty food. Instead of refunding, offering store credit or replacing the food, the general AND assistant managers yelled and threatened to call the cops on me for demanding a refund and corporates number. LOL. Stay away from this place if you expect to be treated right with respect which they know nothing about. No wonder they have horrible reviews and the restaurant is empty with no customers!

The customer service is always great, and they are usually quick to service in the drive-through. They also get the order correct the first time. The only drawback is that their egg rolls are not tasty, but everything else is.
