First off let me say how good the food was. I always get both rice and noodles (chow mein) and the teriyaki chicken. Occasionally I do try other entrées and I like them as well. I place the order mostly through online and they have my order ready by the time I get to the store. Staff is always friendly and kind. Please try the cheese rangoons, they are amazing, I wish we got 4 for $2…but regardless they are great. They also have great rewards points and offers.

They ditched the beyond orange chicken which was the only vegan option I saw and liked. My family who eat meat like it on about a 4 level I’d say. Bring back the beyond option and expand to others if you want my business.

Long wait in the drive thru just to be told they were out of chicken but they have shrimp ready for an extra charge. You’d think they could give us the shrimp, which I already didn’t want, without charging extra if that’s the case.

I love Panda and I don’t like Panda? How and why? Because you are two different bipolar restaurants. On a given day I am not sure which personality I will meet. Will I be greeted by the one that doesn’t overcook my chicken and string beans and doesn’t scoop a half portion of what I usually get in my Styrofoam container OR will I be greeted by the other. On a good day I think yall are truly delicious. Also I don’t do drive thru anymore as the portions are even smaller and I need to look at the dishes to see if they look overcooked.
