This Panda Express is under construction and currently doesn’t have air conditioning. The temperature seems to be hotter inside the restaurant due to the kitchen being so open. I feel bad for the visibly exhausted and sweaty employees who call this their workplace. I would not support this working environment and will not eat here while it’s under construction. The manager needs to do better in keeping a healthy environment for their employees and customers.

I made an online catering order for 18-22 people for a work event. It came with 3 trays of fried rice, selected one orange chicken tray, one spicy chicken and beef and broccoli. All of the sauces and utensils were included. It was actually ready one hour before it was needed. Great experience paying on line and all the food was fresh.

The food portions are small. When I asked if this was the new portion size, the employee explained it fits in the spoon so it counts as a serving size. It was three pieces of chicken and a few small crumbs.

Unfortunately, customer service is terrible. No greeting, no smiling. Roxanne seemed Very busy, but she never made eye contact with us or got any greetings from her, and she looked upset. And the other girls they’re being trained the same way.

I usually love panda express nice and easy to order. Yesterday I got a family deal and it was bland. The rice was the worse no flavor what’s so ever. It seems like my order was rushed because nothing was made right. I order maybe twice a week but after yesterday I don’t think this will be my go to. A lot of food wasted but even my kids liked it and there no picky.

Food is fine. It’s the customer service for me. If you’re strong in intuition and spiritual understanding definitely stay away from here. It seems all of the workers are miserable and do not want to be there. No smiling or energy from the most important people in the front serving and cashing out. will be contacting upper management and corporate chain.

Quite possibly the best meal I’ve ever had from Panda Express. The guys running the cafeteria counter are very friendly and have great customer service skills. The chef was on point today, the food was hot and flavorful. I am thoroughly impressed. I will return!
