Panda Express is one of my favorite restaurants but we usually save it for special occasions because it’s a little pricey. Bought 4 2 entree plates with orange chicken , Beijing beef, walnut shrimp and sesame chicken. The only thing fresh was the orange chicken. It was so incredibly disappointing. All the breading was soggy and falling off. Paid extra for the walnut shrimp and the breading was mush literally falling off the shrimp.

So this was in my fried rice. A shell. This is the reason for the bad review. Almost broke my tooth biting into it. I called to speak with a manager so I wouldn’t have to leave this bad review but unfortunately no answer. If this is seen by management please check your fried rice and be alert of what’s in y’all’s food before serving it.

Adrian cashed me out today. We had some trouble with my coupons I presented and Eli, a supervisor, took care of it quickly. Efficient and courteous service from all. I cheated on this location with the 410/151 location (which is why i ended up with coupons) and I will never go back. The potranco store does it best.

Went inside at about 8:50pm and I stood around for a while and finally had to ask if anyone was going to take my order (there were about 4 of us waiting) and an employee said ” we don’t usually take orders inside after 9″. Door was open and no one had said anything to customers as they came in and stood in line. Manager came over and started taking orders. When I paid the employee at the register had an audible “ugh” when I asked for soy sauce. Sticking to Panda Brothers on Marbach.

I went an hour before closing and the only thing they had available was teriyaki chicken. Mind you I was there 15 mins earlier and they had everything. I forgot my wallet and had to leave and come back. Very frustrating. The staff could care less. They just look like they want to leave early. It’s easier to tell people you don’t have it, instead of being ethical and at least start closing at closing time! Whoever owns this franchise lost a lot of business tonight. It was at least 10 cars in line that all drove off upset.

Normally, I’m not the type of person to leave a review, but this place needs help. This is the fourth time they mess up my order and today I went in. The manager Javier took my order I told him what I wanted. and when it was time to pay, they gave my order to someone else, so I had to go all the way back in line to get the order again, and when it was time to pay, my order was messed up, I asked for a large side half chow mein and half white rice. He continues to give me a large side full of white rice and another large side full of chow mein when I ask for just one large side with both combinations in a single one the lady that was checking me out, offered to charge me one side, since I had to go back in line to repeat my order, but javier decided that he didn’t want to do that, so he threw away both entrées and made a new single one with what I asked. When he could’ve just gave me the other one for free for that mistake they did

I was very disappointed. The picture onthe menu compare to what I purchase was not the same. My bowl had so much white rice the restaurant barely give me any entree. I got three chicken and 8 green beans, it was that small that I could count.the prices y’all charge was not worth me ever going back. I would prefer to buy frozen food then buy from y’all again.

Let me preface this by saying Panda Express has some good food. It’s a shame they can’t give the right *kind*. I was today years old when someone mistook *ORANGE CHICKEN* for *BEEF* and *BROCCOLI*. The kicker? There was a receipt taped to the bag and another copy *inside* the bag with the correct order. Two chances to get it right: ignored.
