Sometimes its the little things that make a big difference. I would score very low in terms of being family friendly. The Cub Meal came in a tall bowl which ultimately is not ideal for a toddler. The biggest issue was their choice to not provide or offer any knives. When you serve up large pieces of chicken, know that parents likely need to cut up the food for young children. But all they had was plastic forks that wouldnt cut. Anyway big pain for parents. Easy fix but short cut franchise choose to take.

Overall food is always great, and some employees are very nice, but some employees have a horrible attitude and treat customers poorly after seemingly doing nothing wrong. I apologized to an employee for not hearing what she said and she decided to simply not tell me what she had said and walked off and aggressively put my food together into a bag. She then proceeded to treat me the rest of the time in a short and rude manner. As a person who’s works in customer service I understand the frustration, but if a customer simply asks you to repeat yourself they shouldn’t be met with distasteful behavior.

Their food never disappoints. It is always fresh and cooked just right, so all the flavors are just incredible. This location not close to my home but worth the trip when I’m over in that part of town visiting Mom. Delicious!

I loved this location! The food was fresh, the employees provided great customer service and care, and I got my order in a timely manner. I was excited that the facility was maintained well and clean. Traditional panda express locations have old tea or the food is sitting for a while but this location had the best service and quality I have seen in my years. Highly recommend!

I think Panda Express is going down hill. The last few times I have eaten here regardless of location, the food just doesn’t tastes as good as it used to. Only one non spicy chicken, leaves no variety for me.

Stopped in to grab lunch today for my kids. Portions were good. But the Orange chicken was over cooked and dry. Cheese Rangoons were also over cooked and/or had been sitting there for a while.

The food quality was not good compared to whatever we used to have previously in Panda Express. We ordered different dishes but it tasted almost same. I don’t recommend this place.

Went to drive thru 540pm. Told they were out of chow mein, fried rice, pepper steak and many other things. Did not say if more being prepared. Will not return to that location.

It’s a wait at times. No drive thru. Most times I want to be in and out quick. Always being asked to donate for every different cause the company has for the month. I would rather tip the employees, they selflessly work hard.
