Food was terrible. The rice had no taste at all and was in clumps, orange chicken was all squishy. Teriyaki chicken was soft and squishy too, also smelled terrible. The workers weren’t too bad, but the girl who served us was a bit clumsy and our food was kinda mixed everywhere. Most likely won’t come here again.

It is very unusual and now unfortunately that I rate this place 1 star. The food is always fresh and fulfilling with top notch service to match. But, not two days ago. We pulled up to the drive through and started to place our order. The young man was soft spoken but, then out of nowhere a very loud and disturbing squelching sound came out of the speaker. The young female voice yelled “stop it” and then the male employee said hold on a minute, then another female took over for the rest of our order. Then that young female said something again interrupting our order again and her words were “I lo” that was it and she now came across with a very low monotoned voice it sound like she was about to say “I love you”.

Ordered take out for delivery. Have done this in the past and it’s not the first time they don’t get it right. My meal was a panda bowl with 1/2 super greens x 2 and kung pao chicken. As you can see the sticker says. What I received was a kids cub meal with only a bit of super greens that looks old. Kids got their meals correct but the rangoons I ordered were chewy and tasted old as well.

Food is trash, they made our order wrong and when we called to get it corrected they refused to correct our order. Our receipt didn’t even match the order and the manager Maria was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I was in high school I use to work for Panda Express, their customer service has really fallen drastically. Stay away from this place and save your money.

I bought a single order of cream cheese rangoon here around 1 pm on a weekday. The line was extremely long. I think for my super simple side order, I waited almost 20 minutes. It was very hot outside that day and the shop was way way too warm. It felt like the AC was set to 77 or higher. Staff was polite.

I love your food but the quantities are seriously upsetting. And look at your noodles. I got maybe an ounce of noodles in mostly cabbage. I have complained about this before but you don’t seem to have made any changes. And sooo much oil.

We’ve been here several times and the food is usually good, but the wait time is unacceptable every time. They are usually understaffed and are always out of some food. Their focus has been processing online orders first and in-person customers eventually. Every customer I had a chance to talk with expressed their frustration with having to wait way too long for food.
