Got all the way home 25 minute away to find there’s no chop sticks or fortune cookies. Called. Manager was rude and said those are complimentary and all the employees are new. I’ve worked 20 years in food service. Unacceptable

Tried to make large mobile order, but app continued to have a server error when prompting me to input card details. Ordered in person instead and spent 15 minutes waiting on them to cook 12 spring rolls and some peppered chicken. Wait wouldn’t have been a big deal, but the rest of our food was already getting cold. Fix the app, not the franchise’s fault they couldn’t prep for an order of this size.

This place never has anything available. They close their kitchen down after 7:30 pm everyday and they still ask for tip at the register. It’s been reported to management several times and they don’t do anything about it. The worst Panda I’ve ever been to. Go to Chick Fil A across the freeway instead.
