This was the absolute worst experience of my life. They made me feel stupid while trying to order. THEN she gave me the wrong drink and I said sprite so she continues to dump the Dr Pepper and put my sprite in the same cup… my sprite looks brown. The straws are so small I can hardly drink out of my cup. We got a family meal and they gave us no plastic ware or fortune cookies. The packaging is all dirty from being prepared carelessly. Don’t go here, they won’t meet your cravings or expectations. You wanna have a bad day?? Then you go there.

Completely disappointed in the quality of food. The restaurant inside was absolutely cold. A little on the bland side. Tables were freezing which cooled off the food. The staff were pleasant to deal with and provided good service. There are better choices around.

Ordered online, I go pick it up half hour later, they said they were working on my order, while I observed at least 10 orders being completed in front of my nose. They were speaking a foreign language to one another, when they all liked at me and smirked. Then someone came to tell me they needed another 8 minutes to complete my order. I told them to cancel the order. I asked the manager Lucy what on earth was wrong and what the purpose is to order online. She just looked at me, as if I was stupid. I asked for the money back, which still has to happen. I went to the other store on University, ordered through the drive through and was out of there within 5 minutes; service with a smile. Ridiculous on how the corporate office is nowhere to be found to complain.

The only reason I gave a two is because the staff are always nice but it would have been a -1 if I could rate it that way do to only getting a small piece of beef in my beef in broccoli dish and I didn’t see it until I got home (live 20 mins away) what happened to the two scoop of main dish policy?!

The employee at the drive through was not paying any attention to what was being said to him . Everything had to be repeated at least a second time . I was very clear that I wanted unsweetened tea and he got that wrong .
