Well, when I order string bean “CHICKEN”, I expect there to be chicken in there and not just 4 little pieces. I mean, it’s the chicken that costs the most. I guess I just have to stop ordering through the app so I can tell them? Panda always does this to me, so I guess I’m gonna have to stick with my local Chinese food place, I’m done with having to tell people how to treat customers. I’m sure any worker there would say the same thing if they were served this.

Great service from DT last night (4/26). I went there around 8pm and ordered my food. Then the lady ahead of me decided to act rude to the staff at the window. I had my window down and I was far enough back I didn’t catch everything. It I do believe that the lady was upset over something but that was no excuse for taking it out on others. What I did catch was that the rude customer was the “nicest person on earth” yet why did she harass the employees? Nice job handling the situation and getting us moving through drive thru again since many of us come for a grab and go.

I’m not sure what’s changed since the last time I came but tonight was an exceptional experience! The staff was amazing. My daughter ran in to get the order and when she came out she was smiling and saying how pleasant her conversation was with the lady at the counter. The food was FRESH and HOT! Lately it hasn’t been great so I was already really satisfied. Then, they were out if teriyaki chicken, and subbed with one if our other entrées my daughter wouldn’t eat the things we had. My sin went inside and asked to exchange the item since we hadn’t opened it we saw the sticker. The staff let us keep it and get the entree my daughter would eat, and they made my 8 year old feel very comfortable. Then they gave us a good amount of sauce which my kiddos appreciated. But yall! THE FOOD?!?! WAS PERFECT! Like seriously I was sooooo happy. I had the string bean chicken & usually its undercooked and too tough/pungent. But tonight was sooo satisfying. Just wanted to thank the staff tonight. yall don’t know how much yall made our nights, but we all left really full & content. Bonus brownie points for letting my kiddos go potty as yall were closing up!

Went through driver through was told there would be a wait on my honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken which was ok but they just gave me my order with out it. Called trying to get a refund for the shrimp and chicken but they would not give me it

I truly love our panda express in San Marcos, Texas. The food is always fresh the staff is great they’re quick to offer samples of things you might like to try. I enjoy dining in or take out. This day we chose take out as we were short on time and running errands in town. I have a few favorites however the orange chicken is always a great choice. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quick fresh Chinese food.

Kung-pow chicken was undercooked, when confronted on the situation, staff and the manager were rude and unwilling to fix the problem. Eventually, after some discussion, they did fix it but with a much much smaller portion… This location is nowhere near the best.
