I just recently went to this panda’s Express inside Barton Creek mall I purchased two meals and two Sprite bottles I did not notice the Sprite bottles were missing until I got home I’ve called to figure out some type of refund or something but no one answers so not cool cuz I live more than 30 minutes away

I work at the mall so I go here often and they never have certain dishes they advertise the beef and broccoli on their screen and they are always out and the cashiers are always in a bad mood when you ask if they are getting more .Doesn’t seem like they can ever keep up.

We were just there in the afternoon and Sienna(sp?) was SO nice and patient making our kids meals for multiple kids. She was generous with the rice, noodles, etc. SUCH a nice girl working there, and wanted to make sure mgmt realizes that she is exceptional (I am filling out the receipt / survey right now). Please keep that girl working there and give her a raise! For how busy she was (understaffed), she did amazing work!! Thank you Sienna (her name is not quite right, but its something unique …similar to “Sienna”)

There is only one guy working at the front counter doing the serving and the cash register,his name is Jonathan. The line gets super long (ofc cause there’s only one person) and it took forever to get my food and the poor guy looked exhausted it’s just so unacceptable to have one person for hours dealing with so many customers doing everything .
