I placed an online order this afternoon and had my coworker pick it up. When I opened it I only had half of my order as you can see from the photos of my box and the sticker on top. I tried calling twice but nobody answered. I can’t come back to the location as I’m working, and I just want a refund!

Fast, delicious, and loved the experience once inside. I love Austin & Chinese Food is an awesome way to help make an excellent meal. Staff were great. Just a bit a while of wait, but all went successful. It was hard for the person, who I spoke to for my order, to hear others & I. I continuously had to repeat myself, but it is acceptable as everyone had a mask and the masks made it hard to hear voices. Overall, I loved this Panda Express. The food was delicious and the environment was clean & organized. Thanks so much for your business and we will definitely be back again. I recommend Panda Express for good Chinese Food.

After being very confused about what we were ordering and very rude about it, diego suppisiably got our order down.they said they had to make it. Well when went to get our order we were short an entree and our broccoli beef portion was a joke. We didnt even think they included the beef until we started eating a bit… then after taking one bite of beef I realized… that was all the beef they included….

We arrived at 8:35 pm and Panda Express closes at 9:30 pm. They were almost out of food and refused to make more. Between 8:40 pm and 9:10 pm, we watched 20 customers come in and leave due to the lack of food. My water from the soda machine was brown, and the dining room tables were filthy. At 9:10 pm, the staff locked the front door and told customers they were closed. One employee gave another customer (her friend) free food and a drink.

Waited 10 min for teriyaki chicken and this is what I got! This supposed to be double teriyaki chicken and it’s only 1 piece of chicken and half. They’re putting less and less food every time I come here. Never again for sure.

Everytime I come here they are stingy with soy sauce of all things??? Why? No other fast food place is stingy with ther condiments! Panda Express why are you being greedy with soy sauce? And when you ask for soy sauce it’s a problem with your employees they are rude about it. Like a few soy packets are going to hurt business?
