From what I understand you should serve a customer until it is time to close! I went inside the lobby at 9:19 mind you they close at 10:00 and they no longer wanted to cook. All I was able to get was 1 order of rice, one order of orange chicken and one plate. Which is all they had available. Not enough to feed 5 people. If you go anywhere else they will not tell you they no longer have any food. But not Panda!! Very disappointed. Kids you need to learn to serve your customer right.. we are the reason you get paid!!

Ordered at the window on my lunch break, staff was friendly enough. When I drove I noticed my drink was wrong and I decided to go back with limited time. They exchanged my drink just fine. I get to the office and I realized that they had gotten my complete order wrong!!!! Needless to say that I am Extremely disappointed!!!! Seems that they don’t care at this location. If you are looking for another Panda close by there is one on Horizon and one Zaragoza.

Super frustrating! Ordering food for delivery, paying all sorts of extra fee’s just to have to still go drive in to pick up the remaining half of the order missing. Ridiculous!!! Need to ensure when handing off food to uber eats/door dash that all items are there. Especially if the customer is spending more than usual to order from your food establishment.

Very disappointed with there serving this last time I and my son went to panda literally had to ask for more considering how small the portions where and the fact that the server even laughed at me and acknowledge it, I mean I was told they count the shrimp they serve and the spoon portions! I almost paid $30 for 2 combo plates they should be able to give you healthy servings.

Will I ever learn?! Every time I visit this place they leave out a meal. The drive thru sucks, they are always forgetting to pack a meal. I hadn’t been in about a year and decided to try once more…and once again they failed. I was the only one in the drive thru…and yet they managed to mess up my order. By the time I got home and attempted to call – come to find out they don’t answer their phone either. I’ve called about 25 times and they do not answer their phone. So now, I am headed back with my 1/2 order ♀️ stay away from Panda Express on Horizon Blvd. Rude service as well.
