Food was good… but this place used to be better.. food portions, clean, customer service. Now you go order inside and they bag ur food right away, they need to ask “for here or to go!!!! Please work in your costumer service skills .. i went at 2pm and table looked dirty and no paper towels in the bathroom… this place used to be way better.

I went through the drive through this Sunday morning, asked for crispy pieces of the orange chicken and they DELIVERED. The manager and kid working the drive through need a raise yall. I am very weird with food textures and the bigger pieces make it very hard to eat with the texture so the tiny pieces are best, and they gave me a bunch of tini ones means I can eat my whole meal!

Just sat in the drive through line for over 15 minutes to never have the person come back to take the order. The person in front of me ordered over 100 in food and basically shut it down. Rude and unprofessional. Orders that large should have to go inside.

We have come to this location two times now for dinner as we live down the street. Both times we have been standing there for at least 5 minutes while staff make other people’s orders. I am assuming these are drive thru or car delivery service orders, and while this isn’t an issue, what is an issue is that the staff do not communicate AT ALL meaning customers are left standing there frustrated. Management needs to train staff to be better with customer service. The dining customers matter too and right now that is not a priority. I hope to see more of a balance and if not we will no longer be coming to this location.

Just left without my food. They said my coupon was invalid. Instead of honoring the coupon, they had me leave without my food. They would rather throw the food away instead of taking the coupon. Horrible business practices.

I placed an order and a couple other coworkers decided to order about 15 minutes after then shortly after I received a text stating my order was canceled. When I called the lady told me it was canceled because they do not deliver to the address provided and meanwhile my other coworkers that ordered after me received their food to the same address.
