I wouldn’t of gave it no stars the service was awful i ask for extra fried rice and said I wolud pay extra for it the server gave a tiny corner of the spoon about a size of a teaspoon. I said more please im paying for it she just rolled her lots of make up eyes and shut the lid . I just shook my head and told the other server don’t charge for Xtra rice which I didnt get . Without a doubt the worst panda I’ve ever had. Just ate there and never before have I had to guess whether or not the panda I just ate was about to make me sick but here with the soggy chewy chicken likely left out from this morning I’m unsure of what exactly the food is about to subject my stomach too. Rancid chicken or not even my attempts at bringing some life back to my sad food was in vain as nothing would be able to fix the miserable heap of orange chicken in front of me. Good fortune cookie.

Good service, average food. Only 3 stars because there’s clearly an employee smoking in one of the bathrooms. Walked in to a strong cigarette smell (despite the random car air freshener) ashes in and on the toilet. As someone sensitive to nicotine this instantly gave me a headache. Highly recommend the establishment install smoke detectors in the bathroom like most public places. Otherwise if your sensitive to nicotine smoke like me, avoid the bathrooms here.

I literally called and asked for them to put soy sauce in the bag because it’s not an option on door dash and she STILL failed to put soy sauce in the bag. What’s so hard about this? Your food needs a little extra salt, put the soy sauce in the bag, especially when someone goes out of their way to call ahead.

We have visited this restaurant many times over the years and have had mostly good experiences. No complaints. Until today (10/13). We arrived at about 5:30 and understand they were busy, but there was no excuse for the way we were treated by team member Monique. She was extremely rude. There was no broccoli beef and no offer to have some made. There is an item on the menu that is apparently “not available here at this location!” Why is it on the menu if it’s not available here? And there was “not enough orange chicken for an order!” And yet a fresh pan of orange chicken became available before we were done placing our order. Again, no offer made to add more to our existing order. A someone who works in customer service, Monique needs to be trained that you do not treat customers like this. We pay your paycheck!!

Do not place an online order. They do not take priority of them. They don’t even start them when you arrive, only after they have helped everyone in line. I waited almost 45 minutes after my pickup time. I would have just left but it was already paid online.
