My first time and everything was great. The place is clean the staff very friendly and helpful, we wait for 10 min to get a perfect kun pao chicken just made. The vegetables were cooked crunchy not softly overcooked. The chicken had a good taste it wasnt just breaded little chunks. Didn’t give 5 stars because the rice taste could be better in my opinion, but I will be back.

Generally staff are very welcoming. All shout at once welcoming you to the store as soon as you enter. Food quality is good as usual. The reason I am giving a one-star review is I have been cut in the line by a Panda Express staff. I was getting served in the line by the store manager (could see her name tag) and then another panda express staff came in between and start taking the 2nd in line person’s order. Her manager explained to her thatbI was being served and she need to wait but she argued with her and kept cutting me off. That’s an unexpected level of service. It was a minimum courtesy to follow the queue and it was outragous not to follow it even after her manager requested. Happened between 2:40pm & 2:45pm same day of this review. I’ve utilized this location a number of times. The staff is always friendly and keeping things moving though they do get overwhelmed at times, not their fault. The food here is almost always very fresh and they donangreat job keeping the interior clean. The only complaint I have is that the drive-thru lane is rather short and can extend out to the street. This is a good, safe location with ok amount of parking for eat in.

They keep getting bad reviews for a reason, bad service and unsanitary. Sucks because I liked the food but the lady ignores people and is rude and they don’t know how to handle food properly.

I came to eat at this location with my family today and we had to deal with poor customer service at this location. First from one of the cashier’s Brisa. Then on top of that the mistakes of the crew with my order today was unbelievable; I kindly reminded the two employees that I had been waiting for my angus beef for seven minutes. One of the cashiers (Jazmin) brought it over to the table without any sort of acknowledgment and had an attitude before bringing anything to the table, I politely said it was two orders of angus beef she rolled her eyes had a demon look on her like if she made it from scratch put it on the table with heavy breathing she gave me very despotic attitude. she literally threw my 2 sides on the table with out any acknowledgment to us while eating.

This is by far the best Panda Express I’ve ever been to. I typically steer clear of Panda Express but figured I’d give this one a try and I’m happy I did. Everything tasted great. I had the orange chicken, chow mein, and rangoons.
