Order a 3 plate order with chow mein, I get rice with two entrees and one of the two entrees were not even on the list that I ordered. Wouldn’t normally post, but this order was way off and I way overpaid, additionally I was splitting the meal at home, now I am still hungry. Also honey walnut shrimp is not near as good as it used to be, was soggy and it had a single walnut in it. Check your order if you eat here, but I advise going somewhere else.

Extremely Mismanaged. 730pm and all of the employees looked like they had no clue what to do. Took them 10 minutes to serve 3 people in line… many entrees were not ready and the cooks were only making more entrees of things they had already… pointless. Obviously, it is an employee and management issue.

Got drive through today and unfortunately, I didn’t look at my order. They forgot an item and one of the bowls had 4 pieces of chicken in it. That just not right. I would have waited longer or even ordered a different entree. If there was a problem.

I just wanna say that I’ve never had a bad experience at a panda express ever anywhere. I think they are great. I was at the panda express tonight in Erie and drove through and everybody is always so friendly and professional and thorough and friendly and smiling.

Now that only drive thru is open I got half of the portion I used to get. And sweet fire was pineapple only with 1 piece of chicken. Also my second plate had half of the portion of chow main. Doors locked. Tried calling ….no answer. Drive thru car lane was all the way to street.

Glad they finally have a vegan option here. The rewards are actually worth signing up for too. Staff is friendly which seems to be a rarity for most places these days. I’ll definitely be coming back.
