First time ordering from this location. All of our food was cold, bland and small portions. Egg rolls were burnt and dry. Our DoorDasher said the lobby was closed at 6:30pm on a weekend and had to wait a long time just to pick up our order from the drive through. Says alot about this location based off the amount of 1 Star reviews versus the short time they’ve been open.

Food portions are very small. They serv the old dried out food that you can tell has been sitting out for some time. The meat was dry and crunchy all the sauce was hard Carmel or burned off from sitting under the light. Only ate because was already there. Over priced for amount fo food.

My bar for this place isn’t very high. And I understand things happen and not everything will be perfect. But this is now my 3rd consecutive visit that they have ran out of broccoli beef for the rest of the night. Tonight I showed up an hour and a half before closing. Simple solution. I will no longer be giving my business to these guys.

Third time driving here because I live across the street, and for the third time they don’t have teriyaki chicken. Not sure why they have it on their menu. It’s literally the easiest thing to make. Oh, and the place is empty at 7 pm but they still tell you hold for 3 minutes after he drive through like it’s busy.

I order the plate today and wasn’t told they were gonna be out of their normal to go plates. $15.28. The only thing normal is the large coke and crab cheese wontons. For $15.28 I would expect the same portion size. This is a rip off. And to top it off the food wasn’t even that great. It wasn’t hot, it was barely luke warm. The crab cheese wontons were almost burnt. I can say this, I have given this place plenty of chances. This the last time I will be coming here. I have given chances and this is the first and last review I will be giving this place.

Honestly, this is the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. We tried the place a few times after it opened and basically vowed never to go back but out of necessity gave it one more chance and wow, EVERY DISH was almost completely empty and looked like they were sitting there for 8 hours! The owner should be ashamed, never seen a Panda with reviews like this.

Well this was literally the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. I put in an order online, and had to wait at least 10 minutes past the promise time of my order for the only person who was working too stop filling orders of customers who were standing in line and start fulfilling my order. Well when he finally got to my order he filled it with an awful lot of attitude, and didn’t even bother filling it all the way. I paid for more food than I received. I’m pretty sure that that’s a fill line that they were supposed to reach that they didn’t try to.

The food at this location is notably less good and fresh than other ones. It seems like there isn’t enough real Asian people doing the cooking and you can tell. I’m sure this is all fixable, just get some more Asian people to cook the food.
