Initially, we waited five minutes for someone to help us in the drive thru. Someone came on and said they would be right with us but they never came back. Sat there for 15 minutes. Mind you, the person in front of us sat there for 10-15 minutes and eventually drove off. Ended up going inside where it took 30 minutes for beef to be made. No apology. Just handed us the food. Don’t go there unless you have an hour to waste.

I swear half the employees on staff at any given time are there to stare. Not greet you, not let you know they are busy – just…stare. For like 5-10 minutes at a time. In an empty restaurant.

Line was so long and when I got my food it was so gross I tossed it out.. beef soggy and noods tasted like oil that had been under a lamp all day.. really ruined my evening. Those kids better have their homework finished when I get home by god!

Waited in a line to order our food, which was a very small order. They messed up the order so I went back into the line and waited another 10-15 minutes to correct the order. It was very clear to me that they did not believe us, so I handed them the bag and the receipt. After they checked both, they provided us with the missing food and then handed it back to us saying nothing, even after I said thank you. Terrible service with no accountability or people skills. Don’t order here unless you got time to waste.

Absolutely terrible service. Spent 20 mins in drive through and people began to drive off because no one would answer. Went inside and had to wait another 30mins to place order and get food. Ridiculous.

Very unprofessional and hostile environment the cooks were all arguing with each other to the point that one walked out. They were all talking about the customers coming through the drive though openly in the restaurant loud enough for all to hear. It was clear everyone there hates their job.
