manager was screaming at employees to go faster and at customer for multiple reason. A horrible work place and bad experience. Gave us no food and told employees to give customers less food as they where running behind. She also dropped some of my friends chicken in another bowl and then put it in his food. Was a very bad experience. I honestly just feel bad for the employees and will not be coming back.

I ordered at this location through the app and they forgot my 3 drinks. I requested a refund after calling the establishment and was met with an incompetent manager that wanted me to wait until she got off work to personally deliver drinks. She couldn’t offer me my money back. The food was beyond dry and bland. I will never be order from here again

Manager seems unprofessional… she screams at her employees and customers. I wasn’t, but others were yelled at as the disoriented manager tried to grasp how to run a simple business. The crew members/regular employees seemed more qualified.

Every aspect of this location changes drastically semester to semester due to new staff. FA21, very high quality food, mid service. SP22, lower quality food, mixed service. The main factor that changes by locations and staff is consistently the spiciness. With many sets of staff and major staff overhauls every semester, the reviews of this place are very, very volatile. However, it will still hover at 4 or above stars when the focus is the food, as it is a part of CSU and holds its standards of food quality.

I usually give 5 stars, but this place has a couple of issues they need to work out. There’s always a very long line, takes an average of 20 minutes just to order. They always run out of Teriyaki sauce too. But their Orange chicken is the best. If the line was shorter, I would give the 5 stars.

My meal was mistakenly givin to the wrong person multiple times and I had to call them out on it. Asked for chili sauce was given soy sauce multiple times after telling them twice. Wasn’t allowed to get the extra meat option as well.

It is a panda express. I’m not sure why you are reading reviews. Yes it doesn’t feel authentic because of all the students, but hey, it’s cheap stop being so weird. Also free samples. How could you rate any place below 5 star that gives free samples? Not sure what you want? Get the chili lime shrimp.
