I always go out of my way to go to this specific Panda Express if I’m eating that franchise! There’s NOT a drive through but the employees make it all the worth while to go inside. The food is always made fresh and you can even see it done if you’re anxious about food quality(which is 10/10 here!). I recommend the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken and the Orange Chicken!

A small little spot with good employees who are patient and welcoming. There was some issues with charge prices and the menu basically hiding in small print changes to prices shown. Also drinks are expensive here, but the food was awesome and I mean really good for a quick oriental food joint. They have been doing awesome with there food quality, also store was clean and casual

Hit or miss. The food isn’t always prepared properly. Even the fresh off the wok entrees or sides taste off from other panda restaurants. But then sometimes it’s just right. Just depends. Try the location in the Woodmen plaza for optimal Panda Express experience. They are more consistent with quality. Not perfect but close as I can find in Colorado Springs.

With 45 minutes left on shift the employees refused to make more rice! They served me the scraping of the bottom of the pan and called it a serving! The girl who took my order just wanted to leave and couldn’t even effectively take my order! The to Hispanic men in the back just stood there looking at the clock when I asked if they where cooking more rice! I’m not sure the policy here but to treat the customers with respect should be the first one and at this panda express location they lack this very important quality! The customer service from these 3 employees was disgusting and disappointing! They all 3 need reprimanded and retrained because they are losing your brand costumers at an exponential rate! Work ethic is so very important in a worl environment and the hiring manager needs to focus on this quality during the interview process to securely grow your franchise! Sincerely Justin McDowell a truly non satisfied customer!

So I decided to go to Panda Express. Probably 15 minutes until closing. They barely had anything left only white rice. I didn’t think it’d be a big deal because they have to get rid of the food right. I told him I like the broccoli and beef. He gave me about 8 to 10 pieces of broccoli with like three pieces of beef he was in so much of a hurry he moved on to the next item. I told him whatever you guys are going to throw away I’ll take extra. He gave me a look of disgust. But anyways I paid for my food and made it home to find that I only got two pieces of good beef and the rest was scraps. Jiminy crickets you’re about to close down why not give the customer the right amount of protein. Was very disappointed with Panda Express being my go-to place when not feeling to cook.

This Panda is very stingy on the portions. We three all ordered plates to go, and when we got home to eat, half of each of the containers were empty. Each of us had a chicken dish, there were only 4 or 5 tiny pieces of chicken in each. This is not up to the usual Panda Express standards.

I am really surprised there is not a drive thru here, was completely disappointed. Foods is ok, definitely better than some local places I’ve ordered from. I really wish there was any other rice than fried rice.

We recently got the family meal from panda and will continue to do so! This was the best meal we’ve had from panda in a long time! We each were able to share and everyone of us had plenty to eat.

Great food just order online and pretty easy way and just getting a massage for pick up pretty easy transactions. Don’t even have to interact with people as much and I love that.
