I normally go here when there are people around and the food is being regularly cooked and refilled. I would not recommend coming here during ‘off’ hours when it is very slow. I came in around 3pm just on a spur of the moment thing. No other customers were there. I ordered the sizzling shrimp and sweetfire chicken plate. Both are usually great (for a buffet style place – not sure what else to call it). The chicken was hard as a rock, literally. I couldn’t even eat it. Couldn’t chew it at all. The shrimp, I would think, had been sitting there a while because it was very over-cooked and dry. Even the spring rolls weren’t fresh. I will still eat here from time to time, but I’ll never come in during off hours again.

DONT ORDER DOORDASH from here. They push walkins first, let your food sit in boxes to sweat and get cold until they get enough Doordash orders to batch out. Orders shouldn’t have to wait 20 min for a scoop of Orange Chicken. Please figure something out instead of wasting Doordasher’s customers’ time.

I ordered the same amount of food I always get, 2 family feasts totaling 75 bucks. Today my food was given to me not in the red take out containers like it normally is… but in small black bowls with clear lids. There was less than HALF the amount of food I normally get! There are 6 people in my family and the red boxes feed all of us and then some. These black bowls with clear lids fed three of us and the tree that ate were still hungry. I am beyond mad that I paid the same amount of money for 1/3 the food. I will NOT be going back to this location again. RIP OFF. I can’t believe they think these little bowls hold the same amount as the red take out dishes. Make sure and check your take out order and if it’s in these dishes take it back. I would’ve gone back if it wasn’t a 30 min drive.

Used to come here a lot. It has gone down hill as far as the employees go. Would rather go to another store out of my way than continue to do business here. I agree with the other guy that they are more focused on online orders. Waited for her to finish the online order and she used the rest of the fried rice and then when I asked for that to be my side she said its all gone…. I said I don’t mind waiting and she looked and signaled at the other girl and she was like no we can’t because if we make it than it could go to waste. An hour and a half before they closed they don’t WANT to make more (on a Friday night). We straight up walked out. How are you not going to make any more RICE which is Panda’s the main side LMAO BRUHH? There was an 1.5 hours before they were going to close on a Friday.

I had rated this Panda express quit well in the past. However, in the past two trips here, it has been horrible. The in person customer no longer matters. The people preparing the order are only worried about little slips of paper for carry out orders. Twice now, I have stood as the next and second to next person in line for more than 10 min, and we were ignored. There was a pile of people picking up carry out orders, and the works seemed completely lost.

Whoever Jasmine is, should be fired. The first time we had the misfortune of dealing with her, she sent my husband back home to grab my ID for an order that was already paid for. Wouldn’t use the number on the ticket to verify the pick up person. Second and final time we will ever give our business here, Jazmine made him get in line, again for a pick up order that was already paid for and ready, for 50 minutes. Thanks for the long wait and cold food Jaz! Maybe you should find something your own speed.

I just went to this location and it was one hour before they closed, this is on June 2nd. We went to the in store walk up and as we walked up to the order line, the woman scooped up the remaining of the fried rice bowl into an order, then asked us what we would like. My wife said can she get fried rice and she told us that it was company policy to not make any more fried rice this close to closing, again an hour before the stated closing time. I don’t know if this is company policy, but I feel like if this is Panda Express policy, you don’t care about your customers. EDIT: it is 9:08pm still 22min before it closes, I wanted to add the time to show if it’s normal for Panda Express to refuse a base option to their meals this far in front of closing.

Been there a handful of times and EVERY one through the drive thru has been an issue, paid for the persons order in front of me that was 3 times more than mine costed, don’t get forks, no sauces for food that standardly comes with, and this last time just didn’t even get the sides, remembered how the last experiences were so tried to remind them to get it all and didn’t even see that the side wasn’t in there until I got home which is about 15 mi. from there and not wasting gas to go back. Drive thru is a DISASTER

this franchise is a joke, and it’s entirely on the owner. Every time I come here the line is out the door because they refuse to have more than a handful of people working. Stop being cheap. Hire any of the hundreds looking for work, so this restaurant can actually function again.
