The food has gone downhill over the past year. When I have ordered the past 3-4 times, the food looks like left-overs. Also, the portions are quite smaller. I have included a photo. For the price I paid for my last order, I expect better quality and at least a little more meat! The Brocolli Beef only had 5 very small, bite-size pieces and the Teriaki Chicken was only 3 small pieces. I assure you, after transferring the food onto a plate at home, no food had been eaten before the photos were taken. Chinsey portions!

Very kind employees and very kind managers; there was a problem with the Panda Express App and it ordered from another Panda. Even though the other Panda wouldn’t refund me, this Panda was willing to make my order free of charge. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Over 30 min wait for my online order. Ordering ahead is for convenience to “skip the line” so this doesn’t work. Food should be ready when the online order customer or delivery driver arrives. Management please fix. I ended up being late to an appointment because of this.

Been ordering from the Kuna place for months now. Service is going down hill. The delivery service is good. We order online and request extra sauce. We either don’t get any or they give us one. We get sweet and sour and nothing we ordered is for that. Come on panda. Your prices increased, give us the service.

We love Panda! Especially this location. Aodyn helped me tonight. She was amazing. Her customer service was amazing. She made up for an egg roll that was accidentally forgotten last time and cut up the Teriyaki Chicken for my daughter. Great food, great service!

I live in Kuna. And I love Panda Express. However every time I go to this Panda Express the portions are so small compared to any other Panda Express in the valley I have started purchasing my Panda Express when I’m coming in from Meridian or Boise and not going to this Panda Express because of that. I could understand one or two times getting a small portion. But it is every single time that I go into this Panda Express. It’s at least 25% less than any of the other Panda Express in the valley. Unfortunately tonight I forgot to get something and I decided to stop by there again and try it one more time. And I was surprised that was even smaller than I remembered from the last time I got it there. I don’t understand why it’s so different than any of the other Panda Expresses they’re all the same food chain right?

If the location is busy, you might as well go somewhere else. I ordered what was available when I placed my order, but when they finally decided to fill my order I had to change my selections due to then current availability. However, they filled my krab rangoons and spring rolls at order so they were cold by the time the rest of the order was filled. I would have preferred my actual order cold rather than require modifications with only half the order cold.

Do not go here! We have been there twice in the last month and the food was horrible. The vegetables were over cooked, the noodles stale and the food does not taste fresh it tastes old and leftover. We are done!!!
