I ordered Beijing beef to go and they gave me beef and broccoli. I could have dealt with it but there was no beef and just broccoli. Definitely not worth what I paid. Super disappointed. I shouldn’t have to check my to go order when it’s not complicated what so ever.

Went to this location with 45 minutes still to go before closing. They Had nothing to choose from and was told they wouldn’t make anything new. Asked for red peppers on my orange chicken as I always do and the girl who waited on us told us it wasn’t allowed. How is something not allowed that we’ve done for years? After explaining this to her she got a major attitude and started yelling in the store. What happened to customer satisfaction when buying a product? Guess panda forgot how to do that! Won’t be returning to this location again. Happy to take my business and money elsewhere. You really know how to pick great employees panda! Try harder!

We ordered 2 beef bowls tonight my husband got home we went to eat and kid you not there was maybe 2 bites if that of beef, probably half an oz of meat in each bowl. I tried to call 2ce just to see if they could put us down for a free one but no answer, i took pictures to even show them but no answer irritating…….will call again tomorrow

Used to be really nice to get a nice meal here. Now the cut you short on the serving, that could be understandable with todays economy. But for god sake, serve me the way you use to and charge me more. Don’t cut my meal short.

When we do Panda, we have to order 2 family meals cuz the fam so big. I noticed the car ahead of us ordered family meals too so I knew things might come out a lil slow. And ya we had to wait, but Carlos there offered us drinks for the wait which was awesome! And of course the food was fresh and amazing. Thanks Carlos and the Panda team on 12th! U guys are great!

It’s probably been a year since I ordered Panda Express and the last time I went and paid about $20 less they would always give you your money’s worth. This time however, I paid almost $40 compared to the $20 I would have paid a year ago and noticed that the food portions are significantly smaller. The orange chicken used to be stacked and now it’s barely to the brim of the container on both sides. If you guys are gonna overcharge me for a meal, at least give me my money’s worth. I don’t see me going back after this:
