This location is closest for us in daybreak but have consistent issues with the quality of the food served here. I ordered the super greens side along with main dish and it was the nastiest this time – stinky and all veggies were not edible ! The entire car started smelling bad after we picked it up from drive through. If the folks here can’t maintain the quality of a side, not sure how can I trust the main dishes. Also noticed all the 1 star reviews and I can see something is already wrong with this location. Going to stay away from this place now !

I went to this location this morning to get an early lunch for some people. I used the drive through and got there at about 10:35. The kid at the window told me, “just so you know, some of our items will be a wait since we just opened”. I tried to order some chicken and white rice. The kid says, “yeah, white rice is a 30 minute wait since we just opened”. I’m just not sure this location understands how a restaurant works. I saw a few cars before me leave without ordering and I guess I know why.

I don’t usually give google reviews, but I came at a time when no one else was there, was put on hold in drive thru, and then the employee rushed me through in an inconsiderate manner. I usually wouldn’t care, because that’s fast food. I remained polite and moved on with my day until I opened my bag to see this bowl: 4 pieces of broccoli and 3 pieces of meat. Really frustrating.

This food is unbeatable. Did the drive through at 4:00pm. The rice was completely dried out. The orange chicken was hard and crunchy. The beef tasted like it was 3 days old. I will never eat here again. I wasted my money.

Recently went there and ordered a panda bowl. Got home opened up the bag and saw literally one piece of chicken and a few green beans. If my entree was running low, let me know. Id be happy to wait or get something else. It’s infuriating when you get home after a busy day and you have one piece of chicken in your meal. The location was not busy at all so in my opinion there wasn’t a lot of excuse for mistakes like mine. If you go there and you go through drive through…. Check the food before leaving.

Here is a remarkable true story about our experience here today. I took 3 clients to lunch here today at noon and we had to wait 25 minutes for our food at noon! By the time we received our food it was cold! It was approximately 64 degrees in the restaurant and when we asked them about it they said it is hot for us back here near the wok! There was 8 employees working and 4 were gathered at the drive thru just chatting!! I find it remarkable that you can hire people and have zero training taking place. Our bill was $67 dollars which is quite pricey for the experience we just had, would you agree?

Terrible service!! I ordered teriyaki chicken for my daughter and after waiting 10 min the chicken wasn’t fully cooked. I told the guy and he told that reach temperature, I told him that is not cooked and he got mad and changed it but threw the box on the counter and didn’t change the other one

Was told that I would have a wait for food, that’s totally fine. Get to the window for them to say they “found some”. The bowl was half full and when I asked they said that’s normal. Even when I told them I order this often and it’s never looked like this. The person was rude about it. I also didn’t receive napkins or soy sauce that I asked for. This is not the first time. I’m just done

Not sure if they change the recipe For the chow mein or what but not as good. The teriyaki sauce now comes in a packet and is too sugary. Other than typical panda good food for a good price

This is by far the worst food I’ve ever eaten. First off I ordered a bigger plate with honey sesame chicken, Beijing beef, and orange chicken. I got home and noticed no third entree. All that was in there was honey sesame chicken and what I think to be Beijing beef but I’m not sure because it had the consistency of spam but no flavor. I’ve gotten food poisoning from Buffalo Wild Wings but at least I enjoyed the food.
