Ordered the family meal. They did not have the regular containers so they filled smaller ones and claimed it was still the same amount of food. Charged the same price and We only got maybe half of the usual amount of actual food. They didn’t even fill the containers full when they usually pack it in tight on the regular ones.

I can’t tell how the food was from my last visit. I never got it. I ordered online, showed up at the store after the app said my food was ready. I was asked my name and my order wasn’t even started yet. And what I wanted wasn’t even being made in the back. So, I submitted my order and no one even tried to make what I wanted before I got there. Why? It wasn’t crazy busy either when I walked in. The employees asked me if I wanted something different (no, I wanted what I ordered) or if I still wanted what I ordered it would be more time. I didn’t even have an extra minute at that point. So I told them to cancel it and walked out pissed. Seriously do better and fix your online system to not tell people their orders are ready when they aren’t.

My experience at this location has always been mid but this time it was far below par. The person taking my order was in a bad mood and obviously taking it out through her customer interaction. She was not only talking to customers in an aggressive tone but also to coworkers. I ordered a three course plate and she gave me such a small portion of chicken that I had to laugh. Not to mention the both sides of chicken was over cooked and hard. Very sad experience. Not worth my money for below par food and bad customer service. Will not be returning to this location.

I’m extremely upset about my recent experience, I ordered online through the app and my order was supposedly ready at 6:25, my husband went to grab the order and 4 different employees noticed him and my best friend but didn’t acknowledge them, they then had to get in line to figure our where our “ready” order was. The customer service here is slow, unreliable, and honestly one of the worst locations by far. If you want “fast service” just go wait in the long line and hope they don’t do a shift change in the middle of your order making your have to re order everything again (this happened on a separate occasion.) DO BETTER.

The workers named Manny and Logan didn’t have gloves on. Both workers were serving food. I saw Logan touching the orange chicken sauce with his bare hands and having his hand touching the inside of my plate. Manny was wiping or washing the tables with a rag, didn’t see him wash his hands afterwards. Then continued to serve food. Very nasty! Terrible, terrible service and wish i could’ve gotten a refund. never going back.

I placed an online order and arrived 15 minutes AFTER the time the app said it would be ready and they hadn’t even started making it. There was a line, but it was a short one. The manager is the one who told the employees to start making it and did not even apologize. I ordered in advance because I didn’t have time to wait. Thanks Panda.

So I just went in to pick up my online order, and they couldn’t find it, and it turns out someone was impersonating my wife and laid claim to our food, HOWEVER, the staff were super friendly and worked with me and remade our food really fast. Thanks especially to Alexis, she was very helpful.
