I love coming to this panda! It’s by far my favorite! There food is absolutely amazing! The service is always phenomenal! Everyone is so fast and friendly, I’ve never experienced bad food or service, it’s always very clean and well kept, All the employees are always happy to help! my favorite things to eat their are the chow main and fried rice is always fresh, never dry. The teriyaki chicken is always so tender juicy and fresh, every time I go in there it’s always super good! I will forever go to this panda! They deserve 5 stars and high satisfaction, i always see everyone working hard and making sure everything is up to customer expectation, they’re always making sure your experience is fantastic!

I just want to give a shout out to one out your employees at the Draper Utah location store number 0749. Here is a copy of the receipt so you can please give her some recognition. It has her name as Alicia c on my receipt. I come here often. However today I came during the lunch rush and there was only one person who was serving the food and she was also the cashier. The line was long because she just had a huge pick up online order. The customers were becoming impatient. However Alicia addressed the line with a smile on her face and handled the rush like a champ. She apologized for the wait to every customer was super friendly and had a welcoming smile. She is a great asset to your company. I hope this reaches someone to give her some recognition because she definitely deserves it. Most people would of had a bad attitude or become overwhelmed, not her though she was an all star.

Had my husband order a bowl for me with half Beef&Brocolli / half Sweet Fire Chicken. I always order this as a bowl. Guy told him he couldn’t do both. But then I open my order at home and there are 3 of the smallest pieces of beef and pretty much just broccoli. Not happy to pay full price for a broccoli and rice bowl.

I generally love panda express overall this is my first time to this location my new job is right around the corner so it makes it convenient for lunch so I thought I would try it out ideally I like to drive through because it is a lot faster this location does not have one the service inside was slow even though it wasn’t that busy for a lunch rush. When I got my food I had to rush back to work for some meetings when I finally was able to eat I opened it up started to eat my rice and it tasted burnt. I mix it together come to find out the bottom was completely black which tainted the whole meal as it sat in its container for about 35 minutes before I was able to eat it needless to say I did not eat it and it was a wasted $10

They are unprofessional working. The cooker talking about unprofessional stuff, he’s trying to cuss in Spanish and they don’t know how to scoop the food and they’re mixing old food from earlier with new food very unprofessional. This panda express needs better management he was not paying attention to his people working even the cooks was doing what they want.

5th time I’ve been to Panda Express and they don’t have brown rice. Take it off the menu!! Only reason I come is because they apparently have brown rice but everytime I come they dont have it.

Terrible customer service , when it was our turn to order we completely got ignored by the staffs trying to make themselves look busy, after we had paid we were waiting for 15 minutes for our food when we went and ask how much longer they pretended like we weren’t even there!!!! DO BETTER PANDA
