Great customer service. Ordered an entree that was low and needed to be cooked. Waited around 10 minutes before they came back and said that they were completely out. They then went above and beyond to make up for the wait by giving away a few other items. They were very friendly and made sure that I was a satisfied and happy customer. Would recommend this location to all.

I’ve been here a few times. The guy who helped me was awesome, but the second employee a female was horrible! I ordered a family meal and she huffed out like she was irritated. She told me my order would be ready in a little bit, and moved on to the customer behind me. No explanation on why, or about how long, or even a smile. I asked for 6 plates and forks. She handed the bags to me tied up. As I opened the bag to eat at a park, there were NO forks or napkins! I had to go buy them at a local dollar tree because I didn’t specifically ask for napkins! Please train your employee on customer service and listening.

My elderly mother was in from out of town and took me to lunch here. She got what she always orders – bejing beef. And I got my usual- orange chicken. The beef was extra spicy to the point she couldn’t even eat it. It was even too spicy for my husband who loves spicy food. The orange chicken was also much spicier than normal. Whoever their cook was definitely put his own spin on the spice instead of following the corporate recipe. I understand that it’s a menu item that is marked as being spicy, but both were definitely hotter than either of us had had anywhere else. We won’t be returning.

Its ok. Wouldn’t recommend. Staff rushes and tries to do assembly line style even when you’re the only customer. Causes you to have to repeat your order over and over. There was one person ringing me up before I was even done ordering. They gave me an egg roll instead of the spring rolls I ordered. Had to ask for soy, fortune cookies, chopsticks, etc.

Ordered sesame chicken. They didn’t know that they ran out of it so they added on a free drink and extra entree and a free app. Very kind and compassionate service! That’s how you treat a mix up! Would highly recommend this panda express!

We went in about 15 min to close I understood cleaning some of your stuff up before you close but when I walk in the door and your rude to the customers and have everything cleaned up before you close it’s unacceptable we got yelled at as we walked in the door that they were closed and what you see is what you get they were not cooking anything else!! You close at 8 stay after and clean your job is customer service! The girl was really short with us and after she rung us up and we were waiting for our friend and she snapped at us that they didn’t have any food left! The way we were treated was unacceptable! I understand it’s Sunday you want to close but take care of the people that keep you open!!! 05/21/2017 at 7:45 one girl was doing all the work and the others were standing watching! I will not be back!

Noodles were dry and old angus steak was dry and toughand was overcooked prices were higher way over value.i have gone there a lot,but this was my last. That poor service and over heated food caused them to go out of business.GONE.

We were told we had to wait for 7 minutes for the teriyaki chicken to come out, not a big deal. We waited 20 minutes, by that time the other items were cold. The noodles were rubbery, the chicken was greasy & they ran out of teriyaki sauce. We paid for a drink and they were out of most syrups. E WERE NOT OFFERED ANYTHING TO COMPENSATE. POOR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE.
