This place was so busy. I ordered a pickup order. My order wasn’t ready when I arrived so I had time to watch how the staff worked as a team. They greeted new guests immediately. They treated every customer the same and were not irritated by a big group or customers that paused because they didn’t know what they wanted.

On July 3, 2023 minutes before closing, Sam helped us tremendously during our time of need when our family had not yet had supper. Sam was very helpful, fair and very professional with her services as she was performing other duties as she helped us at the same time. Nowadays it is hard to come by workers like Sam and we will definitely be back because of her excellent service. Sam served us with a smile and she was very welcoming knowing it was about closing time too and usually staff members are very rude during that time but not Sam. She deserves a big raise! Keep up your good, hard work ethics. You are a rare hire and any job would be making a mistake if they choose not to hire you. Thank you so much Sam. We appreciate you!

So slow often times. Often times instead of cooking more of a popular item that’s running low, they’ll wait until orders (more than one) come in for that item, then cook it, making it far from express. They also seem to love to put red pepper in everything, including the foods that don’t have it at other locations (like teriyaki chicken kids meals). It’s only recently become this way……

Don’t order take out from here. My wife loves their teriyaki chicken, the last 3 times we’ve gotten door dash delivery from here they include no sauce. And they don’t give an option to order it. I can forgive forgetting from time to time, but 3 in a row is not a mistake.

Very disappointed. Got a family meal with double orange chicken and it doesn’t even taste like orange chicken. Like it was missing an ingredient. This is how old and undercooked chicken looks like. This place will eventually get someone sick. Had to throw the entire meal away. Won’t ever be eating here again.
