On the kids meal it clearly states that it comes with a bottle of water for $6.70. I was given a small fountain drink for water. I asked for a bottle instead and Vee told me I would have to pay the upgrade price to get a bottle instead of fountain.

We always stop by this Panda Express when in Park City to pick up dinner to go. It’s always clean and the people are friendly and helpful. The food is very Americanized, but my grandkids love it so it’s treat for them.

Ordered teriyaki chicken. When I asked for teriyaki sauce the girl at the register didn’t speak English very well. Didn’t notice until after I paid that she had charged me an extra 9 bucks for a side of teriyaki chicken even though I had already ordered it with my entree. Before she did that she asked me if I wanted small medium or large and I literally just said the packets that come with the teriyaki chicken. Mistakes happen I get that but then another girl that spoke better English said there was nothing she could do to refund my money. So she wrote on the receipt and said I could get a credit that way. She just circled the added entree and wrote her name. As if that would do anything. How can they not credit back for something I didn’t order in the first place? The only reason I left this review is because the girl that was trying to help was actually kinda laughing about the whole situation. Like it was no big deal I got double charged and there was nothing that could be done about it. I didn’t want the extra chicken and told her when she tried to dish it up I didn’t want it. So I got charged almost double and was out of luck because of incompetence. Guess panda either doesn’t do refunds or doesn’t have a manager on shift in the middle of the day. I don’t live in Utah and told her that so Luckily I don’t have to deal with that location ever again.

Yu! I ordered a delivery through panda express app but they messed up my order! Got a wrong food and I did not get my soda! When I called in the Park City Panda Express store they told me I have to call door darsh because they don’t have a delivery! When I clearly told them that it was ordered through the app! This is the 4th time they did to me. I clearly ordered for a delivery because I was at work but she told me to pick it up myself at the store!!!!! To think she was a manager. Here name sounds like Yu or U whatever!
