I came here after a long day of volunteering for blue star families (around 12pm on Saturday), we were given free kids meal cards for volunteering and they said it wasn’t valid which is fine I get that but that’s not the worst part. The girl serving (i didn’t get her name) had dark hair which was put back in a bun, she gave us literally no food in our kids meals, she didn’t even bother giving us a full scoop of rice and took extra time out of her day to dump some of the half filled cup out. Not to mention the wait although it wasn’t even busy. When we got to checking out the girl just left us at the checkout and helped new people. I did however encounter a good experience with the employee named Melody but that was about the only good thing. Now this is the worst part, i found a HAIR in my food. I’m pretty sure it was an eyelash/eyebrow hair in my quarter scoop of fried rice. I walked out with a dirty stare from the girl employee and safe to say i will not be coming back. Do better.

Worst Panda Express I have ever been to. The portion size compared to other Panda Express is like half.. ordered take out. Plus the food quality was horrible.. I took 3 bites and threw it in the trash. The egg roll even tasted like it was fried in old burnt oil.. I can’t talk about all the Panda Express in Salt Lake but this one.. sucks. Highly recommend not going to this one.

Very small portions! I ordered a couple bowls through grubhub and there were only 6-7 pieces of orange chicken on each. I’m not used to this happening at Panda as I frequently order but not from this location. Very disappointing.

I recently placed an online order but unfortunately I placed it at the wrong location which is completely my fault. When I called to try to cancel the order and get a refund they said I have to go online to get my refund. After spending time nline trying to figure out a way to get a refund I found out I can’t get a refund online. I then called the store back and the person who answered the phone said something about the manager not being in today and hung up the phone. I tried calling back the following day due to the terrible service and not wanting to be hung up on again only for the phone not to be answered. I called again multiple times that day and the next day with no answer. On the third day of calling in, someone finally answered the phone. The background was extremely loud and it was hard to hear them on the phone and I kept apologizing for not being able to hear them and asked for them to repeat themselves. They got annoyed and put me on hold and got someone else and I had to start the whole conversation over again only to find out that I have to come in and show them proof of my receipt even though I gave them the order number off my receipt and it sounded like they were able to pull it up on their end. This restaurant is over an hour away from where I am and I explained that it is really hard for me to drive all the way up to their location to get a receipt and they said nothing more could be done. I do understand that it was my mistake for putting in the wrong location but I would expect a company to have better customer service skills and to be a little more helpful. I am very disappointed.

I ordered a kids meal and a small side of orange chicken and a medium side of chow mein.. the small size of chicken is $5.. that’s already asking a lot but when I received my ordered the chicken was bottom of the barrel chicken… it was dry and burnt and they didn’t even fill up the tiny container. I’m assuming they ran out of chicken and since it was like an hour before close they didn’t wanna make more.. stop being lazy and please your customers. Waste of money

This location is excellent and getting your order accurate and giving good portions. It is one of the few places that actually still has grilled teriyaki chicken as well! Most other locations are usually not serving this item.
