I went through the drive through and they told me it would be a 5 minute wait if I wanted Honey Walnut Shrimp. I said I was fine with that. (I was willing to wait in the parking lot for longer if needed.) I got my food immediately which was nice, but the shrimp wasn’t fully sauced up. I got home and realized they had left me an extremely rude comment on the box. I wasn’t trying to be rude to anyone.

Got sick here once. One helper was great (guy) other “helper” seemed stressed, ignored me, grumpy. Food was ok for Panda BUT rice was crunchy and poorly cooked (how hard is it for Chinese place to cook rice correctly?) Weird. I’ve eaten here at least thirty times over the last 15 years. I usually pull off the highway on the way to Cedar City because it’s a quick in-and-out. It’s always fast, but quality of the food and service is spotty and unreliable.

This was a pretty good Panda Express. The food was pretty good. A drive thru order happened to take all of the wontons, but that only meant that ours were super fresh. I didn’t like that the lady who checked us out had her back to us almost the entire time we were waiting, which made it difficult to ask for my cup that she forgot to give me. The teams communication skills were very good amongst themselves. To the customer, however, somehow they kind of made us feel invisible; I didn’t know you could accomplish that at a fast food restaurant.

It was surprisingly good, I hadn’t eaten there in a long time. I’m not sure if they have changed their menu or not, but my wife & I ate there (nothing else was open at the time), we were both surprised at how good it was.

Last week I went to the one in cedar city utah the noodles were good but the teriyaki chicken was fatty and not cooked long enough so the other day I decided to give them another chance buy the guy behind the counter didn’t even want to deal with me and was rude when asked him for a cup for water and then didn’t even listen when I asked for chopsticks and handed them too me with discuss sat down to eat my orange chicken was over cooked and came with tons of rice and little chicken it was like it was the last little bit of chicken so they filled the bowl with rice

We ordered through the drive through, and we asked him to load up the mushroom chicken and he said “I’ll give you the normal amount” in a super rude tone. The only reason I ask is because they do less when you go through the drive through. Then we got to the window and the only thing the girl said to us was our totals. When she passed us our food we had to look through to see if it was all of it because she didn’t say anything. My mushroom chicken was some zucchini, 3 very small pieces of chicken, and 1 mushroom. The food was gross too. Over all such a bad experience.
