The store was clean, didn’t have any customers at the time, but the person who shined was a young lady named Justice who provided too notch customer service! She was informative, ordered fresh food from the cooks to fill my order and was pleasant and hoped to see me again. She’s a gem and I hope the manager there recognizes the great service she gave me yesterday during my first visit to this location.

I purchased my meal at 6:44pm on Sunday April 23rd. I ordered a two entree, I saw that the Beijing beef was almost empty and not fresh, i asked if they could make a fresh one. The server said yes but then only put the old one on my plate. Then when I went to pay, the credit machine was down, I only had $11, but I wanted a drink with my meal, I asked the manager/ cashier if I could have a courtesy drink, the manager said no that I would have to pay for it. I said I understand but your credit machine is down. The manager said it’s not their fault and told me that I could not have a drink, only a tiny cup for tap water. Terrible customer service, I will avoid this location in the future.

Kudos to the Panda Express at this location! I had ordered a bowl (1 entree & 1 side). When I was given my receipt, I noticed that I was charged for a plate (1 side & 2 entrees). I brought it to their attention and they quickly corrected their mistake and gave me a side of my choice.

I walk in and see 6 pieces of honey walnut shrimp and asked the girl for fresh ones and she lied and said they were fresh… they weren’t busy at all no customers were in there and she gave me attitude for asking for fresh ones as if she was busy just standing there- she said the honey shrimps come in 7 pieces and proceeded to give me 6 only and they weren’t even fresh they were the ones that had been sitting out I ordered a regular plate and she charged me for bigger plate.. I don’t understand why she is working there if she gives me attitude for asking for honey walnut shrimp.. it’s her job? And not to mention they were going to have to cook a fresh batch anyway since they only had 6 pieces left. Next I see her go on her break with her big plate with all the food that she put for herself.. lazy with an attitude I see.

The parking lot spelled like a septic tank but decided to try it anyway. Noone was preparing fresh food. The employees were standing around. I asked them were they preparing anything fresh, the guy in the black shirt with the glasses said they would. The beef and broccoli was dry and and almost empty so I asked for beef and broccoli to be cooked well done he said they could not do it and if I did not like it I could leave. I told him I would and would be posting a review. He followed me out of thr store hollered across the parking lot at me and snapped a picture of me. That is why I will be calling owners. Very unprofessional.

I’ve tried 3xs and bad experience all 3xs. Food, cold by the time I get it. Taste, muh. Hardly any vegetables in portions. Smaller portions for women than men. Cost too much for portion size. Won’t be back. Pei Wei much better!

The Chow Mein was sitting for awhile, while this is acceptable, it was cold with no flavor. The Orange Chicken was cold with no flavor. Our terakyi sauce had a large coauglated piece in it. The cashier was going to over charge me until I corrected her. The soda was stale with no carbonination, we tried both Mountain Dew and Pepsi. We won’t be back. Update: And several hours later I have food posioning. This location deserves 0 stars.
