It was good and regular Panda Express quality but the amount of the meat they used could have definitely been more, kept asking the server to put more but he seemed like his pay check was depending on how much meat they put in…

None of the servers were wearing gloves while playing food and the girl closing up the box of my food put her finger in it and just wiped it on her apron, I then asked if it was required for them to wear gloves and the cash register person said it was optional to wear gloves which I feel is NOT the standard at all. They gave out half of a spoon portions and then said it’s only one spoon worth when I commented on the spoon not being full.

This place gives out small portions on many occasions. Today I ordered Sizzling Shrimp and asked if I could get some broccoli in it (since the photo shows broccoli), an employee name Fatima just half glanced at me and shooked her head without saying a word. Very low energy and barely willing to help anyone. The manager did the register, who is very nice.

Only around 4 or 5 others inside when my friends and I arrived and placed our order. Staff had to make a new batch of Orange Chicken to complete our order. While we were waiting, the place got busy. After the new batch of Orange Chicken was put up, instead of completing our order, Staff members served at least 6 parties of new guests, of whom a few were getting the Orange Chicken. One of my friends had to ask a server about our order waiting there on the counter, the one that was being avoided/worked around, while helping others, and the server appeared annoyed and got an attitude

I hate this location. Says they close at 9:30 but at 8:30 you’re stuck with what they have left at that point for options. They tried to give me some burnt fried rice stuck to the bottom of the pan and when I asked if I could have fresh rice that’s when they said their kitchen closes at 8:30. Maybe you should specify that, so people know they’re stuck with the scraps if they come in. Would you freaking eat the rice that was stuck to the bottom of the pan? Doubt it! I went at 8:50 and there wasn’t much left to choose from. So annoying! Not the first time this has happened at this location either.

So I ordered food online went to pick it up and noticed that the portions were very very small . Asked to speak to the manager and the manager stated that those were the correct portions. I have been eating at Panda for YEARS ! I know what the portions are supposed to look like ! Then the manager just walked off.

Every time I come in here there is a huge line and wait time because of the online orders. They make them a priority over the customers that choose to come in rather than use a delivery service. Either make hire more people that specifically focus on online orders or make it online orders only. People that come into the restaurant should be the number 1 priority.
