I’ll say that Panda Express is a favorite of my daughter. Although the fare may not be my particular preference- I am writing a review to comment on the management and atmosphere. Sometimes this location can get busy, you may encounter a short wait. In moments such as these you see the staff communicating with one another and with the customer. I have witnessed Isabella (the manager) maintain a positive attitude even in the “weeds” so to speak. When customers enter this location they are given an audible welcome. Customer service remains a priority at this location. Well done to the management and team!

With all Panda Express timing is everything if I want hot fresh entrees. That being said this location is excellent at managing the proper amount of food so the lines are moving when busy yet fresh when it’s slow. For the speed and price this is a 5 star experience.

Food is usually always fresh here. Have to pay attention to staff as they get side tracked or what not and can mix up orders easily. Long lines usually form at this location for some reason opposed to others. Can improve customer service skills when dealing with customers as some employees don’t seem to care or acknowledge that people are there and ignore them and continue talking to their coworkers or whatever the case may be and can form long lines and impatient people.

As a door dash driver I’ve seen good and worse. Today went in there for a delivery as I waited 20 minutes for the order to be ready the employee Lewis thought it’d be sanitary to eat chow mein noodles then proceeded to fill up his container again, but that wasn’t enough for him he grabbed tooth picks and proceeded to taste test everything from the warmer for the customer. Poor service and won’t be going there again.

The overall experience is moderate. The staff is always welcoming, however the food is always poor quality. I’ve been to this location at least 15 times the past year as it is close to my work. However, maybe only 3 times I have received hot food that is not dry from sitting out for a while. The food is always warm, but doesn’t have that fresh flavor that other Panda stores have. I will update my review as needed.

Already a week in and been satisfied, so i was like “they deserve a review “. Food is good as always, haven’t had issues. Service is quick and had orders well done (nothing missing or done wrong). I rarely do reviews but i do intend to give as much info as possible. When i come for pick, immediately a worker comes and asks for my name. So even though I’m the one that comes late, the food is always ready for pick up. They are great people working here. I do feel welcome even if they are busy. They attend you well.
